We are seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Tier 1 Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. This position is responsible for providing first-level support for end-user IT issues, including hardware, software, and basic networking problems. The role is fully on-site (5 days a week) and requires a hands-on approach to assisting employees with day-to-day technical issues and setups.

As an experienced technician, you’ll be working in our new Fulfilment Center in Dordrecht/Ridderkerk with cutting-edge intralogistics systems from top brands such as Apollo, Qimarox, and Regal Rexnord. Your insight and initiative are highly valued, and you’ll coach junior colleagues to help elevate the team, ensuring that tens of thousands of customer orders reach families on time every single day. Our Fulfilment Center operates 24/7, and you’ll work in a 5-shift rotation. During your shift, you’ll carry full responsibility for the maintenance and service of our systems.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve both electrical and mechanical faults in technical systems, working closely with our operational supervisors.
Technical collaboration: Work directly with machine suppliers to solve complex technical issues.
Analysis and improvement: Analyze recurring issues, prevent future breakdowns, and implement structural improvements.
Preventive maintenance: Plan and carry out scheduled maintenance to ensure maximum system uptime and reliability.
Continuous optimization: Initiate and implement improvements to make our systems smarter and more efficient every day.

We leren je alles over onderhoud en storingen, terwijl jij de vrijheid krijgt om mee te denken en te verbeteren. Je groeit snel, neemt initiatief en bouwt mee aan de techniek van de toekomst. Samen zorgen we dat duizenden bestellingen elke dag soepel worden geleverd. Het Fulfilment Center is 7 dagen per week, 24 uur per dag geopend. Samen met de andere technici werk je in wisselende diensten volgens een 5-ploegenschema, zodat er altijd een deskundige aanwezig is.
Storingen oplossen en voorkomen: je gaat storingen te lijf en voorkomt dat ze opnieuw optreden;
Problemen voor zijn: je signaleert vroegtijdig symptomen van mogelijke storingen en grijpt in voordat ze problemen veroorzaken;
Preventief onderhoud: je doet preventief onderhoud zodat onze machines altijd draaien;
Continue verbetering: je implementeert continu verbeteringen om de geautomatiseerde systemen optimaal te laten functioneren;
Je hebt een technisch diploma op MBO-niveau 3 of hoger;
Je hebt 0-2 jaar ervaring in een technische of onderhoudsfunctie;
Je bent geïnteresseerd in het werken met software tools en dashboards;

Carbon Robotics is seeking a hands-on Service Technician responsible for the inspection, repair, refurbishment, and redeployment of laser weeding modules.
This role reports to the Field Operations team and focuses on keeping modules operational and circulating efficiently between field machines and service locations. The technician will diagnose failures, perform repairs, document work, and help maintain inventory of ready-to-deploy modules at main bases and also at remote locations.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, organized, proactive, and comfortable working with tools and technical equipment.
