About the Role
The Staff Qualitative Researcher is Superbet's most senior practitioner of human-centred inquiry. This is a hands-on, high-output IC role. You are the person who knows how to get to the truth of a user's experience: their mental models, their anxieties, their unspoken expectations, their moments of delight and frustration.
You will lead qualitative research across the most strategically important and ambiguous product questions Superbet faces - from understanding how new markets experience sports for the first time, to uncovering the emotional dynamics of live in-play gambling, to defining what responsible gaming actually feels like from a user's perspective. You will work closely with the Principal Quant Researcher and the Research Manager to ensure qualitative and quantitative evidence are always richer together than apart.
You bring methodological mastery, creative curiosity, and the kind of presence that makes participants forget they're being observed and leaders believe you shape company wide narratives. You also bring a future positive mindset: you are actively integrating AI tools into your workflow to do more, faster, without sacrificing the depth that makes qual irreplaceable. You know when AI is helpful and when it is not and can help junior researchers make decisions around when to use them.

Technical proficiency: solid SQL and Python for data analysis, modeling, and working with large datasets
Data product experience: hands-on experience building dashboards and data products (Grafana, DataLens, or similar BI tools)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve Integrations, the surface that connects every Typeform experience to the tools customers use to run their business.
Integrations is where Typeform stops being a destination and becomes part of the customer’s stack. Every response captured can flow into a CRM, a marketing tool, a database, a chat, or a spreadsheet, wherever the next step happens. That layer needs to be deep, dependable, and easy to extend, at the scale of 500 million responses a year for 150,000 businesses across the long tail of tools they rely on. It has to be reliable, observable, secure, and able to scale as customer stacks become more sophisticated.
In this role, you will own Integrations end to end. You will evolve the platform while partnering with Automations and Typeform AI to make the integrations layer the substrate for both customer configured and agentic workflows.
Your work will define how Typeform plugs into the rest of the SaaS world for tens of thousands of customers, and how AI agents take action through it.
The Integrations team owns the layer that connects Typeform to the broader SaaS ecosystem: the connectors, auth flows, the action catalog, and the partner experience that makes it all work. Hundreds of millions of integration calls flow through this surface every year.
The team sits inside the Workflow Automations group alongside Automations, and works closely with Data Capture upstream, as well as with the Partnerships team and external partners across the long tail of tools customers rely on.
Integrations is where Typeform stops being a destination and becomes part of the customer’s stack. You will own the layer that connects 150,000 businesses to the hundreds of tools they rely on: the connectors, auth, the action catalog, and the platform that makes it all work.

As Shipping Performance Analyst, you will be a key individual contributor within Commercial Operations, responsible for analysing and optimising the performance of our carrier integrations and shipping flows. THE ROLE
Our Security Operations Centre is a critical part of our Cybersecurity division’s success.
As a Senior Analyst (SOC), you will add your cybersecurity expertise in a vital delivery role to our managed detection and response services. You will need fluent, technical English and German language skills.
In this role, you will leverage the infrastructure and tools that power our Security Operations Center (SOC) to deliver desired security outcomes for our managed services clients, with a particular focus on those in the EU region. The Quant Trading Associate (QTA) role is our entry-level position within our Trading and Quant organization and gives you broad exposure to the whole business as you work towards graduating from the Associate Program and assuming a role on a team as a Quantitative Trader.
As a QTA, you will work in a high-impact role as a member of a trading team where technology and quantitative analysis are fundamental to success. You will play a vital part in identifying trading opportunities through our advanced trading platforms while collaborating closely with traders, risk managers, software engineers, and quants throughout the trading day. You will learn all aspects of our tech-driven trading operation and work towards generating trading revenue for the team. Through our integrated trading and technology curriculum, you'll develop expertise in both financial markets and the sophisticated technological infrastructure that powers CTC's trading capabilities. Your IMC journey as a Graduate Software Engineer will begin with a five-week Global Trainee Programme led by our seasoned engineers and traders alongside graduates from all three IMC regions: Europe, the United States, and Asia-Pacific. During this traineeship, you’ll deepen your knowledge about trading and financial markets, understand the tools and systems used at IMC, and learn how to write production software, craftsmanship and advanced topics in C++, Java or Python. Your training will continue back at your local office, where you’ll receive support from your dedicated mentor, an experienced software engineer at IMC. What happens next is up to you – on our Execution teams you might build anything from advanced networks to proprietary algorithms, while on our Strategy teams you could design systems powering big data and cutting-edge analytics.
