What You'll Do

As a Site Merchandiser, you will own the visual presentation, placement, and operational execution of offers in the Fortnite Item Shop to maximize revenue and player engagement. You will collaborate cross-functionally with assortment planning, marketing, product, tech, art, and external partners to ensure a high-quality, seamless, and compelling shop experience. You will balance creative merchandising instincts with data-driven decision-making, while also driving operational excellence and process improvements across tooling, QA, and automation. You’ll play a key role in helping us improve and create the future of the item shop.

In this role, you will

• Own daily merchandising execution for the Fortnite Item Shop, optimizing layout, placement, bundles, and visual presentation to drive revenue and player engagement
• Lead QA and operational accuracy across shop content, including pricing, scheduling, tagging, and live content validation
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Creative, Tech, and external IP collaborators to deliver compelling shop experiences and GTM moments
• Manage in-shop content presentation, including copy creation, naming approvals, localization, PDP updates, and alignment with marketing messaging
• Use data, experimentation, and A/B testing to inform merchandising decisions and continuously improve conversion, engagement, and monetization KPIs
• Drive operational excellence by improving workflows, tooling, automation, and content management systems used to support live shop operations
• Support special projects, shop takeovers, and new initiatives while ensuring a high-quality, seamless player experience across all storefront content

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Live Operations, Ecommerce Merchandising, or related fields
• Strong understanding of merchandising principles and player-facing presentation
• Excellent design and aesthetic sensibilities
• Experience working with content, copy, or creative presentation is a plus
• Strong operational skills with attention to detail and QA mindset
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and experimentation (A/B testing)

Epic’s regulatory team advises the company on newly enacted laws and regulations around the world as well as works alongside our Public Policy Team to monitor regulatory developments. Partnering closely with our subject matter experts, Product Counsel and Compliance Team, you will manage the design of compliance programs and educate counsel regarding regulatory requirements. You will also assist with the company’s response to regulatory investigations and requests for information from regulators.

What we're looking for

What You'll Do

Epic Games is looking for a Senior Security Engineer focused on Game Security to develop and improve anti-cheat capabilities within our games. What You'll Do

Epic Games’ Fortnite team is looking for a Design Director to lead the vision for the Battle Pass, Fortnite Crew, and other pass products (e.g., Music Pass and other themed passes). You will be responsible for establishing the vision and directly owning the outcome of Passes across Fortnite. You will collaborate with peers in Game Design, UXUI, Production, Art, and QA to ensure overall product success. In this role, you will

• Be directly responsible for the Pass product design and success. Frame vision and goals for the larger team with an outcomes-driven approach
• Guide design efforts for Passes to create a holistic player experience, including unlock systems, progression systems, rewards, and monetization structures, co-leading feature development with UXUI and Product partners
• Work with both 1st party and 3rd party experiences, such as Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN), to ensure progression integrity regardless of where players choose to play
• Monitor and maintain healthy play in Fortnite, including providing direction and mentoring the XP system team. Establish guardrails and a strategy for the XP system

What You'll Do

Epic Games is searching for an experienced Concept Outsource Lead to support and supervise creative content provided by outsource partners as part of our collaboration with Disney. Reporting to the individual art lead(s) and working with the Outsource Manager, the Concept Outsource Lead will provide front-line creative feedback for work submitted for Epic review. Though part of the role will be supervisory, the individual should be an experienced concept artist, having worked in game studio pipelines before, and have a solid hands-on art background. The ideal candidate would be a talented concept artist who understands world building, environment, character and FX art and is able to communicate with outsource partners, including documenting existing pipelines, collecting or creating quality bar and technical example assets, collecting photo reference, creating mood boards, creating paint overs, and finally collaborating with other teams at Epic to ensure that concept art is of the highest quality and adequately supports the needs of those teams and the project.

• Work closely with the individual Epic Art Leads and project Art Director, Outsource Manager(s), and artists on the team to support external vendors
• Communicate the Rt direction vision to the vendors and make sure the art generated is consistent in tone and meets epics high standards
• Create various concept designs for environments, character and FX that exist within the Fortnite ecosystem
• Collect or generate detailed documentation, video reference, and examples of art asset production, procedures, and engine requirements to support the external vendors

• Extend and evolve the Verse compiler toolchain and VM, implement new language features, integrate the toolchain into Unreal Engine's content, build, and cooking pipelines
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and iteration times across the Verse toolchain and UE/Verse boundary
• Establish test workflows to validate improvements and prevent regressions
• Drive integration work in close collaboration with programmers from the Verse Language team and the broader Unreal Engine programming organization

As the Quality Operation Director on the Trust, Safety, and Support (TSS) team, you will lead a quality assurance function responsible for auditing moderation enforcement decisions, player support workflows and machine learning model performance. You’ll oversee a small, highly specialized team focused on identifying quality gaps, driving systemic improvements, and ensuring that the trust and safety and player support functions meet Epic’s quality standards. This role bridges technical, operational, and strategic domains to ensure exceptional player experiences.

In this role, you will

• Lead the end-to-end development and execution of scalable QA frameworks, methodologies, and processes, including measurable quality KPIs across human and automated systems to ensure accuracy, fairness, and efficiency of moderation decisions and player support performance
• Identify gaps and opportunities in moderation and player support workflows, recommending improvements through automation, training enhancements, and new processes. Analyze QA data to generate actionable insights that improve player support and moderation outcomes, agent performance, and overall operational efficiency
• Partner cross-functionally with knowledge management, operations, data science, policy, and product to create robust calibration processes, ensuring alignment between human moderators, player support agents, machine learning models, and Epic’s policies. Partner with vendor management to ensure external vendors adhere to Epic’s quality standards and to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• 7+ years in trust & safety or support quality assurance, risk operations or a related field within a technology or gaming company
• 5+ years in a leadership role with experience managing quality, audit, or oversight teams, and building high performing quality programs
• Experience auditing machine learning models, human moderation decision and support agent performance
• Strong background working with classifier evaluation concepts (e.g., precision, recall, confusion matrix) and content moderation tooling
• Proven experience working with and evaluating vendor performance in global content moderation or support operations
• Ability to distill complex data into clear narratives for cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, and comfort working with large datasets

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to independently own and drive analytics initiatives for Family Experience (FamXP), Investigation analytics and Trust and Safety, with a focus on impacting team and product outcomes. You'll apply your expertise to transform ambiguous business questions into actionable insights while handling highly sensitive data with care and discretion. This role requires leading cross-functional projects, building strong stakeholder relationships across multiple teams, and maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and security. The role is expected to build foundational re-usable data models as well as end reporting and ad hoc analysis to support teams from FamXP, a product team, to Legal.

In this role, you will

• Own and deliver end-to-end analytics projects for Family Experience and Trust & Safety that drive team outcomes and measurably influence product/org outcomes, from problem framing through impact measurement; can range from telemetry implementation to reporting to automation (from Workato to ML)

The FP&A team is responsible for managing the financial forecast. As part of that responsibility, the FP&A team will work closely with business units and functional teams to establish investment plans for both the near- and long-term. You will design, build, and optimize the recommendation systems that power Fortnite's Discover experience, serving personalized recommendations to one of the largest player bases in gaming across a massive catalog of creator-built experiences. 

You'll work across the full recommendation stack: candidate generation, content ranking, impression allocation, and real-time reranking.

Unlike recommendation systems that operate over a stable catalog, you're working with a massive, rapidly changing content library where new experiences are published daily, quality signals are sparse, and the system's own outputs shape the data it learns from.

In this role, you will

• Design and implement retrieval, ranking, and reranking models for creator content using deep learning approaches (two-tower architectures, transformer-based sequence models, embedding-based retrieval) and build the user representation systems that power personalized discovery
• Build and optimize multi-stage candidate generation and impression allocation pipelines that balance relevance, diversity, and fair content exposure across a large and rapidly evolving catalog
• Design and run A/B experiments to validate model improvements, own evaluation frameworks that capture recommendation quality holistically, and drive the path from experiment to production deployment
• Collaborate with analytics and content quality teams on ranking signals including genre classification, creator credibility, and content quality metrics
• Own ML infrastructure decisions: choosing the right tradeoffs between batch, near-real-time, and streaming serving architectures

What we're looking for

• 3-5+ years of experience building production recommendation or ranking systems, ideally in a UGC, marketplace, or content discovery context
• Experience with deep learning for information retrieval and multi-stage recommendation pipelines (candidate generation, scoring, reranking)

Epic Games is looking for a hands-on Data Science Lead to join the Gameplay Analytics team. You’ll lead a team of Data Scientists and Data Engineers and apply mixed methods to own the end-to-end life cycle of creating data assets, reports, insights, to impact the direction of efforts across Epic’s portfolio of products and ecosystems, with a particular focus on our Shooters Games (Battle Royale, Reload, OG, Blitz). The successful candidate will have the ability to apply a range of data technologies, statistical methods, and visualization methods to influence development and product teams, to manage a small team, and to partner with stakeholders across all parts of the business.

In this role, you will

• Partner with design, game development, and product management counterparts to identify opportunities for our first party Games and the business, and use data to develop metrics and insights that shape the execution of the strategy
• Work directly with engineering and data platform teams to properly scope and capture the data required to unlock insights and data models
• Transform raw data into data models, production metrics, reports, and insights
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of metrics and align them with long-term ecosystem growth

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of industry or relevant experience, with proven interest in and knowledge of live service video games
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team of data professionals
• Strong product intuition and demonstrated background in influencing products by applying data and measurement to drive alignment
• Experience with working with development teams to instrument data and ensure continued data quality
• Experience with writing efficient and scalable SQL over billions of rows; it is a plus if you are familiar with distributed computing using Spark (Scala or PySpark)
• Development experience in Python analytics ecosystem
• Familiarity with supporting operational processes including: Code version control (Github or similar), Orchestration (Airflow), AI coding tools (Claude Code)
• Understanding of experimental design and A/B testing techniques
