ABOUT THE JOB

Anduril’s Planning team is seeking a world-class Senior Master Scheduler, S&OP Planning (internally known at Anduril as Senior Demand & Supply Planner) to join our team. The Senior Master Scheduler, S&OP Planning has an integral role at Anduril, having material flow responsibility throughout the entire value chain, from raw materials to finished goods shipped to customers. They will have full ownership of certain assemblies and product lines, and will be ultimately responsible for sending the correct signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing on what and when to buy or build. This hire will be instrumental in signaling and forecasting accurate demand, planning inventory levels, and ensuring that Anduril supports its hardware requirements via Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and other associated tools.

The right person for this role has demonstrated ownership and experience solving complex operational challenges with creative solutions in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines.
• Work with Business Development and Growth teams to align forecasts with actual demand plans.
• Report on and analyze supply and material health to inform key decisions for Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and associated master data.
• Drive strategic initiatives towards best practices, including demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (i.e. manufacturing, engineering, analytics, computer science, etc.) or business field (i.e. finance, economics, supply chain management, business administration, marketing, etc.)
• 6+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment with complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
• Complete ownership of a complex value chain, coordinating between multiple internal and internal parties to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to quality standards.
• Technical expertise including ability to read technical documentation and understanding hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Netsuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Morrisville, NC.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree or other higher education.
• 8+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment with complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
• Strong experience with SQL databases, including building custom queries for production and inventory metrics.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlikview.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning systems like Blue Yonder and best practices in demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, six sigma principles, and big data evaluation techniques.
• Proactive, able to take substantial responsibility across various functions, with a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Associates degree in technology related field OR equivalent combination of education and work experience
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT Support, working in Microsoft Environments
• Required certifications:  Network +, Server +, Windows Server 70-410, 98-365 or equivalent
• Complete other technical and professional development as outlined in development plan
• Understanding of Windows 2016/2012/2008 servers, Active Directory, SQL, Sharepoint, Exchange Servers, Backup Technologies, Internet/DNS/E-mail/Communication issues

What will you do? 

Clinical Excellence: 

• Collaborate with the site leadership team including the ABA Site Manager, DT Site Manager or Supervisor, and Site Operations Manager to coordinate and deliver in-person orientation, serving as the Orientation Lead in accordance with the In-Person Orientation SOP. 

• Train teammates to deliver orientation trainings, providing feedback and guidance to maintain high quality of delivery and alignment with Cortica’s whole-child approach. 

• Audit and observe clinicians to ensure alignment with Cortica’s whole child approach, and provide feedback and recommendations based on the Clinical Excellence checklist. 

• Identify center training needs based on clinical quality data and site leadership input. 

• Provide feedback to the Senior Manager of ABA Clinical Excellence with respect to the current state of training, orientation, and quality of clinical care at the respective center. 

• Ensure the center is up to date with orientation and continued learning current processes, practices, and content. Meet regularly with the Senior Manager of ABA Clinical Excellence to review these L&D areas of focus. 

• Contribute to training program development based on needs identified by the members of Cortica’s Clinical Leadership Team (Chief Medical Officer, Senior Manager of ABA Clinical Excellence, or others). 

ABA Supervisor: 

• Maintain a productivity target between 60-80% of base BCBA productivity target. 

• Complete Assessment and Treatment plans following Cortica’s clinical model, BACB and insurance guidelines. 

• Participate in change management planning and support for center initiatives and associated training. 

• Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists. 

• Ensure quality clinical care, meeting all minimum supervisory and parent training hours and maintaining productivity expectations. 

• Provide monthly supervision to all RBT’s and/or BCATs as assigned, completing paperwork and at least 5% of ABA supervision hours in 1:1 and/or group supervision experiences. 

• Monitor and update programming aspects of each client’s clinical case and update the team accordingly. 

• Organize and analyze data for progress report writing. 

• Meet with ABA Site Manager to review scheduled hours and ensure optimization of all supervision and parent training hours. 

• Participate in insurance authorization reviews with support from the ABA Site Leader. 

• Participate in and/or lead department meetings. 

• Participate in Clinical Integration Meetings for clients on your caseload. 

• Prioritize and assist in the implementation of safety initiatives.

The Manager of Client Experience Resolution & Optimization (CERO) leads the intake, triage, and resolution process for client-impacting issues within Client Services. Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000

Our team contains experts from fields like tax, treasury, purchasing, FP&A, and more.

What You'll Do

The FP&A team is responsible for managing the financial forecast. As part of that responsibility, the FP&A team will work closely with business units and functional teams to establish investment plans for both the near- and long-term. Additionally, you will support core FP&A activities for the company such as the quarterly forecast process. You will work extensively within our financial systems including Workday and Adaptive Planning, building custom reports for our leadership and providing insights on financial results and trends. Together with business leaders and the broader Finance team, you will help determine business targets to meet our objectives and put in place systems to measure and report on performance. 

In this role, you will

• Support core corporate FP&A activities such as consolidation of planning submissions from business segments and forecasting of enterprise-wide overhead line items
• Provide visibility to financial performance of the company through continuous and consistent reporting including key drivers of change in the financial forecast
• Create and update presentations used to communicate financial insights to the CFO and senior leaders
• Ensure accuracy in reporting through partnership with the financial systems and accounting teams
• Prepare and maintain driver-based financial and operating models to support decision-making and long-term planning
• Assist the FP&A team’s partnership with business leaders to establish investment plans and prioritize resources
• Leverage financial modeling to assess the opportunity and profitability of key business initiatives 
• Identify short- and long-term financial and operating targets in partnership with business leaders

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of FP&A, investment banking, and/or private equity experience
• Workday and Adaptive Insights experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to distill complex analyses into insights that drive action
• Prior experience in high-growth gaming, entertainment, or tech companies highly desired
• Experience collaborating with business unit executives and driving full P&L forecasting (including revenue and COS), initiative planning and execution in highly matrixed organizations
• Strong analytical skills with extensive valuation/financial modeling experience and working with large data sets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence across the organization
• Ability to effectively build relationships with internal and external partners

Job Overview: 

• Lead development of innovative analytical methods and analytical support of manufacturing operations. 

• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing and Regulatory functions to achieve project objectives and timelines. 

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Lead analytical method development, qualification, and validation for in‑process, release, and stability testing to support clinical and commercial manufacturing. 

• Develop phase‑appropriate analytical control strategies, including specification setting, comparability assessments, and product characterization. 

• Provide hands‑on technical support during manufacturing campaigns, enabling analysts to execute in‑process methods and troubleshoot analytical or process‑related issues. 

• Support real‑time investigations for OOS/OOT/OOE, deviations, and adverse stability trends; contribute root‑cause analysis and corrective actions. 

• Ensure analytical readiness for GMP execution by guiding analysts on sample handling, method execution, and adherence to SOP's. 

• Partner with Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure smooth integration of new or revised analytical methods into batch manufacturing. 

• Contribute analytical content for CMC sections of regulatory submissions (IND/IMPD/BLA/MAA), including method descriptions, validation packages, and responses to agency questions. 

 Qualifications: 

• Extensive experience in biologics analytical development, including method development, comparability, characterization, and phase‑appropriate validation. 

• Strong understanding of cGMP analytical execution, QC testing, and method lifecycle governance in a CDMO environment. 

• Ability to summarize complex analytical/technical issues clearly and provide practical guidance to support manufacturing operations. 

 Education and/or Experience: 

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Biochemistry, Biology, Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related Life Sciences field. 

• 8–15+ years of experience in analytical method development, QC method lifecycle management, or process‑analytical support within biologics/bioprocessing. (Director roles typically require extensive expertise.)  

• Hands‑on experience with GMP batch support, including method troubleshooting, analyst guidance, and real‑time manufacturing support. 

• Experience contributing to regulatory filings and supporting clinical → commercial analytical readiness.
