As General Manager of Lender, you are the CEO of Built's primary customer segment. You own the segment's revenue, strategy, and execution. You lead a high-performance sales organization, manage a substantial P&L, and drive go-to-market strategy across enterprise banks, regional banks, and private credit. You report directly to the President and operate as a key member of the senior leadership team. You are expected to operate with board-level strategic capacity while maintaining the grit to dive into and solve complex enterprise deal and product cycles. You will shape how Built builds, sells, grows, and wins in the market.
Your primary mission: drive exponential growth within the Lender segment and expand Built's product footprint across the financial institutions that power construction and real estate finance.

Built’s salary range for this position is $240,000 - $325,000 USD plus substantial variable compensation with performance per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Built's total compensation package for employees; your total rewards package at Built will include equity, market-current medical, dental and vision coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and other benefits.

Description:
Provides direction, supervision, and oversight to emergency medical, security, tram driver, and parking staff. Ensures all teams meet zoo standards for the protection of zoo assets and maintaining the park in a safe condition for our guests, employees, and animals.
Oversees, and is responsible for all first aid treatment and emergency response to guests and employees of the Nashville Zoo. Must use sound judgment in the analysis of emergency and non-emergency situations and react calmly and quickly under those circumstances. Provides appropriate follow-up information and documentation of any injuries and/or critical incidents.
Through direction from the Director of Environmental Health and Safety, provides support for the creation, implementation and maintenance of the Nashville Zoo Emergency Plan and Environmental Safety Programs. Performs weekly facility safety audits and ensures other safety equipment inspections are conducted.
Work hours vary with zoo daily operating hours and evening special events.

The Field Reimbursement Manager is a regionally field based position that provides reimbursement and access support for patients who have been prescribed a rare disease product.
