Service Writers are responsible for scheduling rentals and maintaining customer service standards with customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Write customer damage work orders, order parts and bill work orders

• Assist the service manager to manage customer damage and internal work orders

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process

• Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate our customers about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money, and operate more efficiently

• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with the level of service and support they are receiving from EquipmentShare. Keep them up-­to­-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business

• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications

• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience

• Operates vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws

• Transports loads safely and in a timely manner over required route, obeying all traffic laws and observing all safety regulations

• Deftly maneuvers truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas; follows loading crew signals

Duties and Responsibilities:

Animal Husbandry

• Inspect diets for proper preparation
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times and consistently model the organization’s values in all interactions with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
• Feed collection animals
• Monitor assigned animals closely with regard to general appearance, behavior, diet consumption levels, condition of fecal matter, etc.

Maintenance

Description: Under limited supervision, employee will serve as the Area Supervisor of the Aquatics Department at the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere. Position Description:

We are currently seeking a Gardener to join our Horticulture department. We are looking for passionate plant people who have the willingness to learn and grow with the Zoo. Gardener responsibilities include monitoring the health of all plants and greenscapes, watering and feeding plants, trimming trees and shrubs, fertilizing and mowing lawns, weeding gardens, and keeping green spaces and walkways clear of debris and litter within their assigned area. You should know how to use and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and fertilizers while following health and safety regulations. Ultimately, you will make sure our gardens and green spaces are always healthy and beautiful.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prune and weed-landscaped areas.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times and consistently model the organization’s values in all interactions with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
• Monitor irrigation systems and ensure they are working properly.
• Hand water all plantings that are not established.
• Install plants when necessary.

These roles require frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs and occasionally heavier items with assistance, as well as safely navigating ladders, stairs, uneven surfaces, and wet or slippery areas. Our Civil Group is looking to add an experienced Traveling Superintendent to their team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all field crew members including foreman, carpenters, laborers etc. and project operations
• Develop a project site logistics plan and work with project manager to determine method and sequencing of construction. Plans, directs, coordinates and budgets activities
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with owner, subcontractors, and vendors
• Communicate and promote safe working environment and company safety standards, with strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Must be able to read plans and have a strong knowledge of various DOT specifications and standards
• Confers with supervisory and engineering personnel and inspectors and suppliers of tools and materials to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods
• Schedule subcontractors in accordance to required work schedule, pump trucks and material deliveries, Inspect and verify the receipt or shipment of materials

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years' related experience with large scale civil construction project operations required
• Strong knowledge of dirt work, concrete foundation, caissons, and/or vertical drilling
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Heavy Job
• GPS knowledge
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and the project schedule

Description:   

Under general supervision by Primate Supervisor, keepers perform a wide range of functions in the Mammal Department at the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere. Their primary responsibilities include husbandry of assigned collection as well as maintaining and cleaning animal exhibits, yards, night enclosures, and contiguous areas, operant conditioning of collection for husbandry behaviors and providing enrichment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides care (prepares diets for, feeds and cleans) for animals and maintains habitats, related structures, and surrounding non-public areas.
• Perform daily observation of animals to identify normal and abnormal behaviors related to husbandry/health issues; coordinate with senior staff on animal training programs to facilitate husbandry behaviors.

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
