DESCRIZIONE DEL RUOLO

A diretto riporto dello Store Manager, l’Assistant Manager supporta la guida e la gestione del punto vendita.

MANSIONI

Gestione Economica: 

• Garantisce il raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali e la crescita costante dei KPI;
• Gestisce i costi ed ottimizza la redditività del negozio attraverso l’incremento delle strategia di vendita.

Gestione del personale: 

• Assiste lo Store Manager nella gestione ottimale dell’organizzazione personale all’interno del punto vendita;
• Svolge attività di recruiting dello staff in collaborazione con lo Store Manager.
• Sviluppa e motiva lo staff e promuove la progressione di carriera all’interno del gruppo.

Customer Service: 

• Garantisce la qualità del servizio clienti del negozio nel rispetto delle procedure. 
• Gestisce reclami in maniera efficace e professionale. 

Visual Merchandising: 

• Garantisce la buona presentazione generale del negozio in collaborazione con il visual merchandising team, al fine di migliorarne la redditività;
• Verifica che le linee guida per il “lancio del prodotto” siano correttamente eseguite.

Logistica / prevenzione delle perdite: 

• Gestisce gli ingressi e le uscite delle merci;
• Partecipa attivamente alla prevenzione e al controllo delle perdite del suo negozio in accordo con lo Store Manager; 
• Garantisce la gestione quotidiana delle operazioni di registrazione cassa. 

REQUISITI

• Precedente esperienza nella gestione di punti vendita strutturati preferibilmente in contesti dinamici e multinazionali;
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Leadership e buone capacità relazionali e comunicative;
• Conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Outlook, Word ed Excel).

OVERVIEW

The Operations Associate is critical in the store team and is responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. The Operations Associate will work closely with the Operations & Visual Management team in initiating, completing work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.  

Key Job Responsibilities 

• Execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus om maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps
• Support execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Work closely with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure maintained and maximized
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards and processes
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests
• Execute company-level operations-focused directives, projects and initiates, in partnership with the Operations & Visual Management team.  
• Assists in processing shipment and ensuring product flow; including but not limited to visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence
• Demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies
• Resolve client needs quickly & effectively ensuring customer satisfaction
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support the business goals
• Duties require constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. When not actively assisting guests, this position takes initiative to perform other tasks, as needed, to keep store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently. 

Operations Associate Qualifications 

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles  

 Operations Associate Schedule 

Part-Time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, based on the needs of the business, for a shift minimum of 4 hours. Full-Time non-exempt associates are expected to have open availability, 7 days a week, between 32 - 40 hours. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company’s Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January).

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with assigned account base customers, with intentions to maximize sales/profit for every account and most importantly to expand CR market penetration within the assigned area.

The Account Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.

This position will be required to build and sustain productive relationships and partnerships with current customers and prospects to grow sales and to expand CR penetration with Designers, Architects and Builders’ segments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
• Proactively leads a joint company account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Develops a sales action plan to service accounts with high growth potential, collect strategic “intel”, and develop leads from existing account base to better infiltrate designers, architects, and builder’s as potential customers.
• Participates actively with local professional organizations linked with CR's tactics and strategies.
• Creates and executes specific plan to introduce and implement CR products in showrooms, K & B accounts to create demand within the market. Expand Pompeii brand penetration assigning more displays to qualified customers/locations.
• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES:

• Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.
• Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
• Achieves customer objectives defined by company management.
• Completes customer account plans that meet company standards.
• Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management.
• Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
• Meets quarterly target expectations as far as CR- Display program once posted
• Visits every customer, with displays at least once per month, with mandatory report visits via email to Director of Sales.
• Strategizes, organizes assigned territory/region and plan sales calls weekly.
• Develops an action plan to approach designers, architects and builders, once fabricator leads are found during weekly visits.
• Promotes and executes product knowledge (PKs) at customer’s location and if possible, invite customers to visit one of CR's branches.
• Actively participates and leverages branch events as ways to increase sales.

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree or proven track record of at least 10 years-experience in sales and marketing is required.
• Prefer knowledge and experience in the building material industry, in some capacity.
• Have the ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of CR's competitors, including their capabilities, past competitive history, and can assist in developing a plan to beat them!
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized with a hunter mentality in the approach to developing and executing strategic plans.
• Must have the skills to discover, create, and develop new opportunities.
• Requires excellent verbal communication and writing skills, but more importantly the desire, ability, and competitiveness to succeed.
• Minimum 50% Travel on a regional basis to cover territory.
