POSITION OVERVIEW
The Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with assigned account base customers, with intentions to maximize sales/profit for every account and most importantly to expand CR market penetration within the assigned area.
The Account Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.
This position will be required to build and sustain productive relationships and partnerships with current customers and prospects to grow sales and to expand CR penetration with Designers, Architects and Builders’ segments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively leads a joint company account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Develops a sales action plan to service accounts with high growth potential, collect strategic “intel”, and develop leads from existing account base to better infiltrate designers, architects, and builder’s as potential customers.
- Participates actively with local professional organizations linked with CR's tactics and strategies.
- Creates and executes specific plan to introduce and implement CR products in showrooms, K & B accounts to create demand within the market. Expand Pompeii brand penetration assigning more displays to qualified customers/locations.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.
- Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
- Achieves customer objectives defined by company management.
- Completes customer account plans that meet company standards.
- Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management.
- Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Meets quarterly target expectations as far as CR- Display program once posted
- Visits every customer, with displays at least once per month, with mandatory report visits via email to Director of Sales.
- Strategizes, organizes assigned territory/region and plan sales calls weekly.
- Develops an action plan to approach designers, architects and builders, once fabricator leads are found during weekly visits.
- Promotes and executes product knowledge (PKs) at customer’s location and if possible, invite customers to visit one of CR's branches.
- Actively participates and leverages branch events as ways to increase sales.
REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree or proven track record of at least 10 years-experience in sales and marketing is required.
- Prefer knowledge and experience in the building material industry, in some capacity.
- Have the ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of CR's competitors, including their capabilities, past competitive history, and can assist in developing a plan to beat them!
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized with a hunter mentality in the approach to developing and executing strategic plans.
- Must have the skills to discover, create, and develop new opportunities.
- Requires excellent verbal communication and writing skills, but more importantly the desire, ability, and competitiveness to succeed.
- Minimum 50% Travel on a regional basis to cover territory.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Credit Support Coordinator is responsible for the CreditApp Inbox and entering accounts in two different systems. This position is expected to have good Customer Service acumen, Data Entry and the ability to communicate in a pleasant, helpful and courteous manner. This position is expected to evolve over time as the company grows and business needs change.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and act on incoming emails and resolve any same-day requests.
- Enter new marketing and / or customers into system(s) as required.
- Communicate with applicable team members regarding account setups, documentation requests and any other needs.
- Keep inbox organized and ensure anyone can go in and find what is needed on the team.
- Save documentation as per procedures provided in multiple locations on the system.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact to support accurate and timely information flow.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy in all data entry, minimizing errors and maintaining data integrity.
- Ensure required documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed in the appropriate folders within the credit inbox and public account drive for easy retrieval.
- Adhere to established turnaround times and service-level expectations for requests.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
- Exceptional organization, time-management, and planning skills
- Very strong interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Inside Salesperson will work with clients to provide a successful customer experience. The Inside Salesperson will generate sales of all product lines offered. Will work with existing customers and secure prospective new customers and clients by phone, e-mail and direct office appointments providing detailed information on product specifications, services, pricing and delivery and install scheduling. Will focus on designers, remodelers, and select builders as well as retail customers. Will also work showroom hours including Saturdays. A comp day will be provided for Saturday hours.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional showroom experience for clients
- Conduct sales presentation of products and services to customers
- Assist customers on the showroom floor
- Assist in answering phones
- Assist customers over the phone
- Assist customers via email
- Attend training functions as required
- Maintain and clean specific area of the showroom
- Collect deposits and balances before delivery
- Assist with inventory as required
- Follow up phone calls to secure orders
- Participate in after hour events and sponsorships as required
- Resolve customer issues
- Generate and develop new customer business accounts to increase revenue at a profitable level
- Enter orders into computer system, work with production regarding order, delivery, installation
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in collections as necessary
Competencies/Skills/Abilities
- 3 - 5 years’ experience/hands-on knowledge within construction industry product sales
- Self-motivated, driven to close sales
- Ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside of the Company
- Computer literate; working knowledge of MS Office
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for overseeing and coordinating key operational functions across customer service, logistics execution, inventory flow, and order management to support overall branch performance and customer experience.
This role operates as a critical cross-functional partner to sales, customer service, warehouse, and branch leadership, ensuring alignment across order execution, delivery scheduling, inventory movement, and customer commitments. The position requires a high level of ownership, judgment, and accountability in managing daily operational workflows and resolving issues in real time.
The Logistics Specialist supports both branch-level and multi-branch (UMI-wide) operations, ensuring consistency in logistics execution, process adherence, and service standards across the organization.
This role is expected to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and make real-time decisions that directly impact customer experience, operational efficiency, and branch performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate daily logistics and operational workflows, including delivery execution, routing, and material movement.
- Own the order lifecycle support process, including order creation, auditing, modifications, issue resolution, and communication.
- Manage delivery scheduling and routing execution to optimize efficiency, cost, and service levels.
- Oversee inbound and outbound transfers, including slab movement and material allocation.
- Drive cross-functional communication between sales, customer service, warehouse, and leadership.
- Support operational decision-making related to slab allocation, delivery prioritization, and truck loading.
- Ensure execution of key processes including returns, damaged material handling, and system updates.
- Leverage systems including Browser, Command Center 2.0, and dashboards to monitor performance.
- Coordinate delivery execution across UMI branches to ensure consistency.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Promote a safety-first culture.
- Support extended operational needs including evenings and rotational Saturdays.
QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of order management and logistics workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accountability and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with logistics systems or ERP tools preferred.
