We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Hatching Eggs to drive regional market growth and expand commercial operations. The role will focus on developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and increasing market share within the hatching eggs and hatchery sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, managing regional sales activities, and supporting the company’s commercial expansion strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Animal Production, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Willingness and ability to travel frequently across regional markets.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in target markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hatching eggs and hatchery sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, hatcheries, and commercial poultry producers.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts while expanding the regional client base.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional demand to support business development initiatives.
Prepare commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient supply and delivery to regional customers.
Represent the company in industry events, trade visits, and regional business meetings.
