Sr. Solutions Architect (Lakewatch - EMEA)
The Solutions Architect (Lakewatch) team executes on Databricks’ strategic Product Operating Model that provides enhanced focus on earlier stage, highly prioritized product lines in order to establish product market fit, and set the course for rapid revenue growth. They are part of a global go-to-market team mandate, though individually will cover a specific, local region. Clients may span across one or more business units and verticals. By working in partnership with direct account teams, they will jointly engage clients, foster the necessary relationships, position in-depth the specific product line, so as to provide compelling reasons for clients to adopt and grow the usage of the given product. They understand the appropriate approach, the guardrails, and the steps needed to successfully adopt the product line, as clients deliver on their business objectives.
The Solutions Architect (Lakewatch) is paired with an Account Executive aligned to the product line with specific targets accordingly. Together, they will devise and implement a strategy across their assigned set of accounts, develop presentations, demos and other assets and deliver them such that customers make an informed decision as they decide to adopt the product-line in a meaningful way.

You’ll build the autonomy brain for a cutting-edge autonomous aerial platform that will actually take flight. At Helsing, you won't just be developing software; you'll be integrating state-of-the-art reinforcement learning agents into the operational systems of our own Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicle (UCAV), the CA-1 Europa, part of the groundbreaking Centaur project. Working at the intersection of machine learning and systems engineering, you'll integrate reinforcement learning agents into high-performance runtime systems, enabling real-time autonomous decision-making in flight. This isn't theoretical; your code will enable the CA-1 Europa to perceive, reason, and act autonomously in the most demanding environments.
What we build ultimately ends up in the hands of real people in high-risk, high-stress situations, so it must be both reliable and frictionless. To give some examples:
Autonomous Decision-Making Systems — reliable pipelines from sensor data to RL inference to tactical execution, including edge-case and failure-mode handling.
Reinforcement Learning Integration — bridging Python-based RL agents with Rust runtime systems for low-latency, reproducible inference.
Distributed Systems & Communications — handling intermittent connectivity and bespoke hardware protocols.
Training Infrastructure — distributed training, evaluation pipelines, and large-scale runs on custom simulators.

Your role as a Site Reliability Engineer will be to design, implement, and manage our on-premise Kubernetes infrastructure.

As the Lead System Engineer for EO/IR Sensing, you will own the complete end-to-end integration of the airborne electro-optical/infrared targeting system, from initial requirements definition through to flight test and operational release. Your primary focus will be to translate mission needs into specific performance requirements for detection, tracking, and identification, whilst defining the sensor's concept of operations and algorithm integration. A critical part of your role is to manage the technical supplier interface, lead the verification and test campaign, and ensure seamless data integration with the core mission system to deliver a fully qualified capability.
Own day-to-day system engineering and integration of the airborne EO/IR targeting system from requirements through flight test and operational release.
Translate mission needs into EORTS performance requirements: detection/recognition/identification ranges, FOV/zoom, stabilization/line-of-sight jitter, tracking accuracy, latency, and environmental limits.
Define and maintain sensor mode set and CONOPS (wide-area search, cueing, target track, ID, geo-pointing, post-strike assessment), including mission-phase behavior and sensor scheduling.
Lead target detection, tracking, and classification pipeline integration: algorithm selection, data labeling strategy, confidence metrics, and thresholds tuned for operational false-alarm tolerance.
Ensure robust multi-sensor cueing with other sensors.
Manage data interfaces/ICDs to mission computer and C2: video formats/encoding, metadata, track outputs, cues, recorder/telemetry needs, and health/BIT reporting.
Plan and execute verification & test with a special focus on installed senor performance.
Coordinate with software/avionics teams on data interfaces.
Manage supplier technical control: review specs, acceptance tests, algorithm releases, and change requests; track issues to closure with objective evidence.
Define and maintain interfaces/ICDs to avionics and mission systems.
Produce program artifacts: requirements, verification matrices, test plans, performance reports, and flight readiness inputs.
Hold a relevant degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Have experience in delivering EO/IR targeting systems (gimbals/EOTS/EORTS/ISR pods) through integration, test, and operational release.
Can translate mission scenarios into DRI requirements (detection/recognition/identification ranges), plus stabilization/LOS jitter, tracking accuracy, latency, and environmental constraints.
Have hands-on experience with sensor mode design/CONOPS (search, cueing, track, ID, geo-pointing, BDA) and sensor scheduling across mission phases.
Have integrated detection/tracking/classification pipelines, including thresholding/false-alarm control and confidence metrics (ML-based ATR experience is a plus).

Software only matters when it is actively being used and making a difference. As a Deployed AI Engineer, you will be at the heart of this - taking state-of-the-art software and integrating it into complex systems. You will be defining and executing against the end-to-end outcome and all steps on the way to delivering novel capabilities in some of the most challenging environments around.
For example: you collaborate directly with customer avionics engineers to understand the data structures and APIs used in aircraft mission control systems. Instead of being scared, you embrace the complexity of unfamiliar databases, APIs, or network protocols; you dig into the specification and use your creativity and ingenuity to implement adapters for integrating them with Helsing’s cloud infrastructure. By working closely with our partners and customers (both metaphorically and quite literally), you continuously evolve, improve, and operate Helsing software. You own the outcome end-to-end.
In close collaboration with our product teams, you will discover and formalise customer requirements, identify bugs, and ship the latest features directly to our users. Have a degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or other relevant fields.

Become part of the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) department at Raisin Bank AG. Our mission is to protect the bank and its customers from money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud. Our team is responsible for the methodological, regulatory, and conceptual foundations of AML prevention, including policies, risk analysis, methods, controls, and internal instructions. In this position, you will take responsibility for one of the central pillars of our framework: the methodology, calibration, and validation of IT-based transaction monitoring in accordance with § 25h KWG (German Banking Act) and § 15 GwG (German Money Laundering Act).

We treat calibration as a core pillar of NavVis' competitive differentiation. The team works across an exceptionally broad technical surface: sensor physics, camera and LiDAR geometry, IMU modelling, production processes, evaluation infrastructure, cloud and local services, and an emerging intersection with ML-based perception.
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to head this team within the Mapping & Perception department. You will combine deep sensor expertise with genuine people leadership - setting technical direction, developing your engineers, and driving the calibration product forward with the ambition to build world-class devices. This is a role with high strategic ownership, close ties to device production, and strong cross-team connections.

You possess solid programming skills in Rust, C++, Python or Java, and you strive to write clean, well-structured code.
You communicate clearly and efficiently in English (and German), and you enjoy collaborating with others through code reviews, pair programming, and asynchronous discussions.
You love figuring things out. You are the type of person who digs deeper into unfamiliar systems until it finally clicks, you aren't afraid of legacy code, and you prefer asking questions over stipulating answers.

You have experience building or evaluating AI-based systems, and you are passionate about keeping up to date with current research.
