Axons Key Account Leader for Top 1200 are responsible for selling Axon products and services to our law enforcement agencies. This is a quota carrying, external field position. Ability to articulate complex solutions, build and maintain senior level relationships, navigate across customer agencies and procurement processes, and lead the Axon team to success is required. The position provides technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and/or product training.

• Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated successful customer facing Software (SaaS / Cloud) Sales Experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a book of business of Major Accounts
• Solution or consultative sales experience working within complex sales processes

The role 

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer – RMA & Hardware Diagnostics to own advanced hardware troubleshooting and RMA lifecycle management within our production data center environments. This role serves as the escalation point for complex server and firmware-related issues that impact system reliability and fleet availability.

You will be responsible for deep diagnostics across enterprise server platforms, performing structured root cause analysis, validating failed components, and managing end-to-end warranty replacement processes with OEM vendors. This is a hands-on technical role with direct impact on hardware reliability, SLA performance, and operational scalability.

You will work on-site in one of our data centers, collaborating closely with L1/L2 technicians, infrastructure engineers, and vendors to reduce repeat failures and improve overall hardware quality across the fleet.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Perform advanced firmware and hardware diagnostics on enterprise server platforms, including CPU, memory, PCIe devices, GPUs, storage subsystems, and power components

• Troubleshoot complex hardware failures using system logs, BMC/IPMI interfaces, BIOS diagnostics, and vendor-specific tooling

• Act as the primary escalation point for L1 and L2 technicians on high-impact hardware incidents

• Conduct structured root cause analysis and document findings to prevent repeat failures

• Own the full RMA lifecycle, including validation of failed components, warranty claim creation, vendor coordination, tracking, and resolution

• Interface directly with OEM vendors to escalate recurring hardware defects and drive corrective action

• Analyze hardware failure trends and report metrics such as repeat RMA rates and component reliability

• Develop and standardize diagnostic playbooks, troubleshooting workflows, and hardware validation procedures

• Validate replacement components prior to redeployment into production environments

• Collaborate cross-functionally with data center operations, procurement, and engineering teams to improve hardware lifecycle processes

• Contribute to reducing MTTR and improving fleet-wide reliability through process improvements and knowledge sharing

We expect you to have: 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with enterprise server hardware in a production data center environment

• Deep understanding of x86 server architecture, including CPUs, memory, PCIe devices, storage controllers, GPUs, and power subsystems

• Strong experience performing firmware and BIOS/BMC diagnostics and upgrades

• Advanced Linux command-line troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and hardware-level diagnostics

• Experience working with remote management interfaces such as IPMI, iDRAC, iLO, or equivalent

• Proven experience managing hardware RMA processes and working directly with OEM vendors

• Ability to conduct structured root cause analysis and document technical findings clearly

• Familiarity with hardware monitoring systems and failure trend analysis

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in mission-critical environments

• High proficiency in spoken and written English

It will be an added bonus if you have: 

• Experience performing board-level diagnostics and component-level repair (SMD rework)

• Familiarity with data center networking equipment and basic network troubleshooting

• Experience supporting GPU-dense or high-performance compute environments

We offer competitive salaries, ranging from $76,800k - $184,300k OTE (On Target Earnings) based on your experience and skills.

Position Summary: 

The Field Engineer will serve as engineering support for our sales team assisting with construction management and after-sales field support. This role will require frequent travel to job sites throughout a specific territory but will be based at our sales office in Eagan. The position will include both field and office work.

Position will involve extensive formalized training plus work under a mentor, developing skills and gaining an understanding of CaptiveAire products, troubleshooting, and application engineering processes etc.

A Day in the Life: 

This position will encompass a wide variety of tasks where one day does not look exactly like the next. The projects our team handles are high in volume and unique from one another, spanning throughout the whole course of design, procurement, coordination, and post-sale support. 

Typical tasks include: 

• Estimated 50% to 75% of time spent in the field on job sites   
• Supporting installations and equipment start ups to ensure high quality outcomes and adherence to engineering principles
• Handling complex troubleshooting issues
• Customer service and coordination with all parties – CaptiveAire team, contractors, engineers, installers, CaptiveAire Service

Primary Job Responsibilities: 

• A combination of being in the field working on job sites and data analysis and remote troubleshooting using building management system (travel required)
• Product Support - Troubleshoot issues with existing and newly installed equipment in the field and provide immediate solutions
• Maintain expert level knowledge of all CaptiveAire products
• Work closely with engineering team, service team, local sales team and customers to help find best outcomes on installed jobs
• On site for construction trade coordination meetings and startups to ensure a good outcome
• Review and analyze data gathered from installed equipment in order to make product improvements, utilizing our CASLink remote monitoring system
• Use mechanical building design knowledge to review applications for customers and suggest improvements in operation
• Perform 3^rd party training for outside contractors on CaptiveAire products
• Provide reports to Regional Manager as well as other teams on customer feedback/challenges, quality, product improvements/issues

Required skills: 

• 0-5 yrs experience 
• 4 year technical degree in a mechanical, electrical, construction or science-oriented curriculum preferred 
• Hands on, technical internship/co-op experience is preferred 
• Must enjoy hands on product exposure
• HVAC and/or electrical experience strongly preferred
• Multi-tasking, problem solving and strong communication skills a must
• If not already completed, expectation of FE Exam completion in area of study for engineering graduates within 6 months of employment with CaptiveAire

This is not a traditional safety role. As Director of Safety & Compliance for Capacity*Connect, you will own and build Sparkfund’s safety program for one of our most strategic growth initiatives. What You’ll Do

Own the Safety Program

Be a Field Leader

• Conduct site visits across all phases: pre-construction, active construction, commissioning, and post-installation

Drive Compliance & Performance
