job purpose: The Aseptic Quality Engineer will efforts across all manufacturing sites to reduce quality failures, improve manufacturing efficiency, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Work with process authority to support validation activities as part of new line extension and engineering change requests. job purpose: The Commissioning & Validation Management Engineer will be a key role in fairlife’s Engineering Technical Team, primarily based out of the Coopersville, MI plant. This role will be the key link between OEM’s and multiple teams within the fairlife organization. This individual will have ownership for the overall successful end-to-end commissioning and will closely support validation of processing & filler equipment for all brown and greenfield projects. This role is accountable for ensuring proper installation, commissioning, validation, as well as a smooth transition of ownership to the plant operations and maintenance teams. This role will also provide key input during project conception and design phases to ensure all lessons learned and optimization opportunities are fully executed in future projects.

The Civil Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the Land Development project team by executing various design tasks for land development projects. This position involves active participation in coordination with review agencies and clients. The ideal candidate will be expected to develop and demonstrate proficiency in the essential functions outlined below.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Collaborate with project team members and clients on various project assignments as directed by senior staff.
Draft, review, and finalize preliminary and final site plans, documents, and computations for senior staff review. This includes, but is not limited to, reports, opinions, and recommendations on project direction, due diligence and site analysis reports, engineer’s opinions of probable costs, project schedules, utility design computations, and local/state permit applications.
• Research local/state zoning and design requirements as directed by senior staff.
• Perform site visits and field assignments as needed.
• Review project survey data to assess existing site conditions and key development considerations, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, and easement documents.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software to complete assignments efficiently and within prescribed deadlines, ensuring compliance with the standards outlined in the Atwell Product Quality Manual.
• Address review letters and modify plans based on feedback from agencies and clients, as directed by senior staff.
• Assist senior staff in communication with agencies and clients.
• Independently manage individual workload and communicate needs to Project Managers and Directors.
• Apply fundamental engineering principles to real-world applications.
KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
• AutoCAD Civil 3D: Proficient in the use of basic functions, file structure, data references, and advanced grading and pipe network design tools for the preparation of technical drawings.
• Bluebeam: Skilled in using basic tools, markups, and Studio Sessions to support QA/QC and enhance collaborative project reviews.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Excel for data analysis and Word for professional reports and project documentation.
• Grading/Drainage Design: Knowledgeable in site grading design to ensure public safety, constructability, and compliance with standard engineering practices and agency requirements.
• Utility Design: Understanding of water, sanitary, and storm sewer system design to ensure constructability and compliance with standard engineering practices and agency requirements.

We’re searching for a Project Engineer. As a Project Engineer within the Hardware-Operations’ organization, you will lead the introduction of our autonomous vehicle at a contract upfitter during a critical period of rapid production ramp. This multidisciplinary role requires a self-sufficient professional capable of integrating mechanical and electromechanical systems into a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will serve as a vital technical bridge, frequently coordinating with Technical Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Production teams, both internally and externally, to ensure design intent is understood and operationally executed at scale.
