Clara is the fastest-growing company in Latin America. We've built the leading solution for companies to make and manage all their payments. We already help over 20,000 large and growing businesses operate with agility and financial clarity through locally issued corporate cards, bill pay, financing, and a powerful B2B platform built for scale.
Clara is backed by some of the most successful investors in the world, including top regional VCs like monashees, Kaszek, and Canary, and leading global funds like Notable Capital, Coatue, DST Global Partners, ICONIQ Growth, General Catalyst, Citi Ventures, SV Angel, Citius, Endeavor Catalyst, and Goldman Sachs - in addition to dozens of angel investors and local family offices.
We’re building the financial infrastructure that powers high-performing organizations across the region. We invite you to join us if you want to be part of a fast-paced environment that will accelerate your career and support you to do some of the best work of your life alongside a passionate and committed team distributed across the Americas.
We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help us build the next generation of our financial platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex financial logic and high-end user experience. You will be responsible for translating high-fidelity designs from Figma into performant React applications that consume RESTful APIs to deliver real-time financial insights.
Feature Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of complex frontend features, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and highly responsive.
Design Implementation: Work fluently within Figma to inspect designs, manage design tokens, and build a cohesive, reusable component library.
API Integration: Architect clean and efficient patterns for consuming RESTful APIs, managing asynchronous data fetching, caching, and error handling.
Performance Optimization: Fine-tune applications for maximum speed, focusing on efficient rendering and data processing for heavy financial datasets.
Collaboration: Partner with product managers and backend engineers to define API contracts and ensure technical feasibility across the stack.
“We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.”
Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
React & TypeScript: Extensive professional experience with React (Hooks, Context, and modern patterns) and a strong preference for type-safe code.
Figma Fluency: You are comfortable navigating Figma, extracting assets, and collaborating with designers to turn static mockups into dynamic, interactive experiences.
RESTful Mastery: Deep understanding of interacting with REST APIs, including standardizing requests, handling authentication (OAuth/JWT), and managing state (e.g., React Query or SWR).
Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Adaptability to fast-changing environments.
Proven role-specific execution.
Modern CSS: Proficiency in modern styling approaches like Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or Styled Components.
Startup & Fintech Experience: A background in finance or a fast-paced startup is highly preferred. You understand the importance of data integrity and the need to iterate quickly without breaking critical systems.
Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets, SQL, or Python.
A good sense of humor.
At Clara, you’ll have the autonomy, speed, and support to make meaningful impact — not just on your team, but on how organizations are run across Latin America.
We’re the leading B2B fintech for spend management in Latin America.
Certified as one of the world's fastest-growing companies, a Great Place to Work, and a LinkedIn Top Startup.
Passionate about making Latin America more prosperous and competitive.
Constantly innovating to build financial infrastructure that enables each of our customers to thrive.
Product-led, high-talent-density culture — designed for builders who raise the bar.
Proud of our open, inclusive, and values-driven environment.
#Clarity. We say things clearly, directly, and proactively.
#Simplicity. We reduce noise to focus on what really matters.
#Ownership. We take responsibility and never wait to be told.
#Pride. We build products and experiences we’re proud of.
#Always Be Changing (ABC). We grow through feedback, risk-taking, and action.
#Inclusivity. Every voice counts. Everyone contributes to our mission.
Competitive salary and stock options (ESOP) from day one
Multicultural team with daily exposure to Portuguese, Spanish, and English (our corporate language)
Annual learning budget and internal accelerated development paths
High-ownership environment: we move fast, learn fast, and raise the bar — together
Smart, ambitious teammates — low ego, high impact
Flexible vacation and hybrid work model focused on results
If you’re ready for growth, ownership, and impact — apply now and help us redefine B2B finance in Latin America.
Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.

Technical Partner Success Manager
Extenteam | Full-Time | Mexico City (Preferred) | Partner Success
Reporting to: Head of Revenue
Location: Mexico City preferred. Must hold a valid U.S. visa and have prior experience living and working in the United States.
Compensation: $4,000 - $5,000 USD/month + performance bonus tied to expansion MRR
We're Extenteam, a dynamic company revolutionizing the short-term vacation rental industry. Our proven business model has generated consistent revenue, and we are now expanding from a professional services model to a scalable tech-based subscription-first model.
As a scaling-stage startup, we are targeting $2M MRR by the end of 2026 and every role we hire is directly tied to that number. Extenteam is on a mission to streamline and support vacation rental businesses by providing top-notch solutions, including guest communication and property management support.
We generate revenue through two primary streams:
Managed Services - Shared Services: A fully managed operations layer that handles day-to-day guest communication and operational tasks on behalf of property management companies, powered by our agent team and Tailwind platform.
Dedicated Team Members: Providing trained overseas talent with a recurring premium model, replacing one-time recruitment fees and giving operators a reliable, scalable workforce.
We are building a new team with an ownership mindset that values execution and takes pride in doing excellent work with urgency. If you understand that every customer conversation is a revenue opportunity, know how to uncover pain before a customer can articulate it, and believe that retention is just the floor - we want to speak with you.
Extenteam is seeking a Technical Partner Success Manager to own the post-sale relationship with our existing customer base and directly drive MRR expansion. This is not a passive account management role. You are one of the most important levers we have for revenue growth.
Your primary mandate is to run structured calls with existing customers to deeply understand each customer's business challenges, identify where we are underdelivering, and surface every credible expansion opportunity. You translate those conversations into closed revenue.
You will work at the intersection of customer relationships, product knowledge, and commercial execution. You'll partner closely with Sales, Product, and our Shared Services team to close gaps, expand accounts, and make sure customers stay and grow.
This role is based in Mexico City with the flexibility to travel to the U.S. for customer meetings, team offsites, and industry events as needed. You operate with high autonomy, communicate proactively, and manage a portfolio of accounts across time zones without needing to be told what to prioritize.
Revenue-Oriented: You understand that customer success is a growth function. Every call is a chance to deliver more value and capture more MRR.
Technically Fluent: You understand how the product works at a system level and can engage confidently when things break or customers ask hard questions.
Structured Discoverer: You don't have casual check-in calls. Every customer interaction has a purpose, a structure, and a follow-up.
Proactive Communicator: You don't wait for customers to raise problems. You spot them first, reach out, and show up with a solution.
Execution Focused: You close open loops. You follow through. You build trust by doing what you said you'd do.
30 Days: Deep understanding of Extenteam's full services portfolio, customer base, and how property managers use our solutions day to day - alongside hands-on familiarity with the Tailwind platform, its integrations, and core workflows.
60 Days: Running structured discovery calls independently. First expansion deals closed or in final stages. Expansion pipeline growing with qualified opportunities across the portfolio. Account health tracking live.
90 Days: Full portfolio owned with measurable NRR improvement. Systematic feedback loop to Product established with patterns documented, not just anecdotes. At least one customer expanded into an additional Extenteam service. Clear trajectory to hit full-year MRR targets.
We move quickly for the right candidate. You can expect to complete the process within 2-3 weeks.
To apply, record a short one-minute video explaining why you want to be part of Extenteam and what makes you the right person for this role.

Build. Scale. Sustain.
PALO IT is a global technology consultancy that crafts tech as a force for good. We design, develop and scale digital and sustainable products and services to unlock value across the triple bottom line: people, planet, profit. We do the right thing, and we do it right. We're proud to be a World Economic Forum New Champion, and a B Corp-certified company.
We are small enough to care locally, big enough to deliver globally (5 continents, 18 offices, +650 experts from +50 nationalities)
We are robust and resilient (100% independent and 0 debt)
We are entrepreneurs and passionate experts: We invest in what we believe genuinely and work as a collective intelligence
We are positive, courageous, caring, doers and committed to excellence
While the market is still largely AI-augmenting delivery, we have reinvented the SDLC to be AI First. Our approach is a game-changer in productivity and quality, with a strong collaboration between generative AI and our best talents:
We now generate 95% of the entire product — code, documentation, infrastructure as code, and even design — with GitHub Copilot.
The quality consistently exceeds the output of our best traditional engineering teams.
A product repository houses all product artefacts, giving AI full project context for higher-quality generation.
A library of rules and prompts defines coding standards, design principles, and security guidelines, ensuring enterprise-grade quality and scalability.
With Gen-e2, we deliver end-to-end products 2–3× faster than traditional approaches, while raising the bar for engineering excellence.
As a Full Stack Engineer with a Front-End core (React), you’ll own the user experience and front-end architecture while keeping a strong end-to-end product mindset (APIs, data, performance, security, and delivery).
Build modern, accessible user interfaces with React + TypeScript, following strong architecture practices, reusable component design, and clean hook patterns.
Define and evolve scalable front-end architecture: conventions, modularization, design systems, code quality (linting/formatting), and a pragmatic testing strategy.
Implement authentication and authorization flows integrated with IdentityServer, leveraging OAuth2/JWT, with secure session/token handling.
Consume REST APIs (and GraphQL where applicable), ensuring robust error handling, state management, loading patterns, and resilient UX.
Ensure excellent responsive design and user experience across devices and resolutions, with attention to accessibility (a11y) and UI consistency.
Optimize performance (Core Web Vitals, bundle size, caching, rendering strategies, profiling) using Next.js (SSR/SSG) where relevant.
Implement unit and component tests with Jest and React Testing Library (and e2e with Cypress/Playwright when applicable), ensuring quality and maintainability.
Collaborate closely with Backend and UX/Product teams to ensure functional and technical alignment, delivering iteratively with a focus on impact.
Contribute to the backend when needed (often Node.js/TypeScript or an equivalent stack): endpoints, integrations, data flows, reliability, and performance.
Raise the bar on front-end security: Content Security Policy (CSP), safe token handling, authorization-aware UI patterns, and general hardening practices.
7+ years of React experience building production web products.
Strong command of TypeScript, component design, hooks, patterns, performance, and maintainable front-end architecture.
Solid experience with state management, including Context API, plus complex UI states, forms, and validations.
Strong UX/UI engineering instincts: accessibility, visual consistency, attention to detail, and responsive-first design.
Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs and working with OpenAPI/Swagger; resilience-first approach (errors, latency, edge cases).
Practical testing skills with Jest and React Testing Library (ideally also e2e).
Experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG), modern tooling (Vite), and UI frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Material UI.
Familiarity with edge/CDN delivery (e.g., Azure Front Door) and caching fundamentals.
Strong front-end security practices: CSP, secure token handling, and awareness of common risks (XSS/CSRF, etc.).
Professional English for global collaboration (documentation, ceremonies, stakeholders).
We’re eager to adapt to change, learn from our experiences and move to meet our planet’s urgent needs. We are continuously taking action to:
Become a climate net-zero company
