As a key member of the Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our software products. You will design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans that allow our development teams to ship high-quality code with confidence and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Strategy: Develop and implement robust test strategies and test cases for new and existing features.
• Test Automation: Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts (UI and API) to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives) to provide "QA perspective" from the start of the development cycle.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Cross-Functional Communication: Communicate effectively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and report on software health.
• CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality and rapid feedback loops.
• Root Cause Analysis: Perform thorough regression testing and root cause analysis when bugs are identified in production.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest improvements to the development process to prevent defects before they occur.
• Soft Skills: Demonstrate a detail-oriented mindset, professional curiosity, and a "quality-first" attitude.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance (Manual and Automated testing).
• Language: English proficiency is mandatory.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript) for automation purposes.
• Testing Frameworks: Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
• API Testing: Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or RestAssured.
• Databases: Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Version Control: Proficiency in Git and/or BitBucket.
• Documentation: Excellent skills in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and bug reports.

Preferred Qualifications (Pluses)

• Experience with Performance/Load Testing (e.g., JMeter, Locust).
• Knowledge of Security/Penetration Testing principles.
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for managing test environments.

Your Role 

As a Full Stack Engineer with a Front-End core (React), you’ll own the user experience and front-end architecture while keeping a strong end-to-end product mindset (APIs, data, performance, security, and delivery).

• Build modern, accessible user interfaces with React + TypeScript, following strong architecture practices, reusable component design, and clean hook patterns.

• Define and evolve scalable front-end architecture: conventions, modularization, design systems, code quality (linting/formatting), and a pragmatic testing strategy.

• Implement authentication and authorization flows integrated with IdentityServer, leveraging OAuth2/JWT, with secure session/token handling.

• Consume REST APIs (and GraphQL where applicable), ensuring robust error handling, state management, loading patterns, and resilient UX.

• Ensure excellent responsive design and user experience across devices and resolutions, with attention to accessibility (a11y) and UI consistency.

• Optimize performance (Core Web Vitals, bundle size, caching, rendering strategies, profiling) using Next.js (SSR/SSG) where relevant.

• Implement unit and component tests with Jest and React Testing Library (and e2e with Cypress/Playwright when applicable), ensuring quality and maintainability.

• Collaborate closely with Backend and UX/Product teams to ensure functional and technical alignment, delivering iteratively with a focus on impact.

• Contribute to the backend when needed (often Node.js/TypeScript or an equivalent stack): endpoints, integrations, data flows, reliability, and performance.

• Raise the bar on front-end security: Content Security Policy (CSP), safe token handling, authorization-aware UI patterns, and general hardening practices.

Who You Are

• 7+ years of React experience building production web products.

• Strong command of TypeScript, component design, hooks, patterns, performance, and maintainable front-end architecture.

• Solid experience with state management, including Context API, plus complex UI states, forms, and validations.

• Strong UX/UI engineering instincts: accessibility, visual consistency, attention to detail, and responsive-first design.

• Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs and working with OpenAPI/Swagger; resilience-first approach (errors, latency, edge cases).

• Practical testing skills with Jest and React Testing Library (ideally also e2e).

• Experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG), modern tooling (Vite), and UI frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Material UI.

• Familiarity with edge/CDN delivery (e.g., Azure Front Door) and caching fundamentals.

• Strong front-end security practices: CSP, secure token handling, and awareness of common risks (XSS/CSRF, etc.).

• Professional English for global collaboration (documentation, ceremonies, stakeholders).
