As a Corporate Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Dropbox, you will help lead the infrastructure strategy and technical direction of one of the most innovative technology companies globally. Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or a similar engineering roles with hands-on coding experience
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, R53, Lambda, and others
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration, internals, filesystems, volume management and specific distro's such as Ubuntu, RHEL, DNS, DHCP
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools, Datadog and logging pipeline tools such as Vector or Cribl LogStream
• Experience driving one or more transformational programs related to metrics and observability
• Experience with scripting in a higher level language (Python preferred)
• Experience developing automation to solve infrastructure-related tasks with tools such as Chef/Ansible/Terraform
• Experience with log analysis and building metrics, alerts and visuals from log data
• Strong proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools, such as Terraform
• Strong Proficiency in Config Management tools specifically Ansible Automation Platform and Chef

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Network Engineer to join Dropbox’s Network Engineering team. You’ll work alongside senior and mid level engineers to design, implement, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across data centers, offices, wireless networks, and cloud environments.

This role provides hands-on opportunities to build expertise in network automation, performance optimization, cloud networking, and security. You’ll support ongoing projects while helping expand the team’s capabilities in automation, observability, and cloud infrastructure consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize networks using Datadog, Kentik NetFlow, and synthetic testing.

About the Role:

Rumble Cloud is seeking a Principal Database Architect to own the architecture, technical direction, and successful delivery of our Database as a Service (DBaaS) offering within our public cloud platform. This role will take over a product already in active development and guide it through hardening, integration, launch, and global scale-out. You will be responsible for shaping the long-term technical roadmap of the service, ensuring it is secure, reliable, performant, and operable at scale for customers worldwide. You will work closely with our development team, engineering team, and early adopter customers to refine the design, drive high-quality implementation, and build the patterns and practices that future engineers will follow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the DBaaS product, including multitenancy, high availability, disaster recovery, backup/restore, observability, and security.
• Review and influence existing epics, stories, and technical designs, identifying gaps and driving improvements.
• Define and maintain architectural standards and patterns for databases across our public cloud (provisioning, configuration, lifecycle management, monitoring, security).

About the Role:

Rumble Cloud is seeking a Kubernetes Engineer to support our team in rolling out and operating our next-generation Kubernetes platform. You will work closely with development and operations teams of our customers to build, deploy, and maintain critical systems, ensuring the reliability and scalability of the customers' infrastructure.

Responsibilities: 

Collaboration and Communication: 

• Work closely with software developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and objectives of projects. 
• Collaborate on the design, implementation, and maintenance of continuous integration and delivery pipelines. 
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.

Automation and Tooling: 

• Design, implement, and manage automation processes for software build, deployment, and configuration. 
• Evaluate, select, and implement tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency of the development and deployment processes.

Infrastructure Management: 

• Manage and maintain GCP infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and security. 
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Deployment Manager, and others. 
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process, including build, test, and deployment phases. 

Monitoring and Performance: 

• Develop and implement monitoring solutions using Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging to ensure the health and performance of systems and applications. 
• Proactively identify and address issues related to system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Security and Compliance: 
• Implement and maintain security best practices in infrastructure and application deployment including IAM, Security Command Center, and VPC Service Controls. 
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company security policies.

Troubleshooting and Support: 

• Provide support for development and operations teams, addressing issues related to build failures, deployment problems, and system outages. 
• Participate in on-call rotation to respond to and resolve critical incidents.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 
• Experience with GCP services including Compute Engine, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and Operations Suite.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role. 
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby. 
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. 
• In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes. Hands-on experience with version control systems, preferably Git. 
• Solid understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts and tools. 
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 
• Certified (Current or Expired) in at least one of the following: GCP Cloud Engineer Associate, GCP Cloud Architect Professional, GCP Cloud Developer Professional, GCP Cloud DevOps Engineer Professional, GCP Cloud Security Engineer Professional, GCP Cloud Network Engineer Professional
