• work hand in hand with our Corporate Office in Munich and stay closely aligned with the housekeeping team

• a true all-rounder with solid technical skills and craftsmanship. A completed apprenticeship in HVAC, plumbing or electrical work is a plus – but for us, your hands-on experience and versatile skills matter even more
• gained several years of professional experience in a similar role
• the ability to manage external service providers efficiently while staying on top of things
• skilled with your hands – whether it’s painting, electrical or plumbing, you jump in everywhere, find solutions, think ahead and keep things running

• la capacité de gérer efficacement les prestataires externes tout en gardant une vue d’ensemble
• de l’habileté manuelle – peinture, électricité ou plomberie : tu interviens partout, trouves des solutions, anticipes et assures le bon fonctionnement au quotidien
• une attitude confiante, positive et un bon sens de l’humour – parce que chez nous, le plaisir fait partie du boulot
• de la flexibilité pour assurer occasionnellement un service le soir ou le week-end
