Overview
With the growth of our iOS app, being the #18 productivity app in the App Store category and also our recent recognition as Apple's 2025 Design Award for inclusivity, we find the need for a Senior iOS Engineer to help us support the new user base as well as work on new and exciting projects to push our missing forward.
This is a key role and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users.

Job Title: Adults MASH Social Worker
Location: Wolverhampton
Pay Rate: £28.40 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adults MASH Social Worker for its client based in Wolverhampton.
As an Adults MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) Social Worker, you will be part of a triage and duty team responsible for responding to safeguarding concerns raised about adults. The focus is on swift, collaborative risk assessment and timely, proportionate interventions in line with the Care Act 2014.
What will your responsibilities be?
Risk Assessment
Assess the level of risk to the adult based on available information.
Determine if concerns meet the threshold for a Section 42 enquiry under the Care Act 2014.
Decision Making
Participate in multi-agency discussions to agree on the most appropriate action.
Recommend interventions such as signposting, support services, or formal safeguarding enquiries.
Safeguarding Enquiries
Conduct or coordinate Section 42 enquiries where an adult is at risk of abuse or neglect.
Uphold the six key principles of safeguarding: Empowerment, Prevention, Proportionality, Protection, Partnership, and Accountability.
Communication
Engage with adults at risk, their families, or advocates to ensure their voice is heard.
Clearly explain decisions, outcomes, and next steps.
Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintain accurate records using systems such as Mosaic.
Prepare reports for case conferences, legal proceedings, and internal audits or reviews.
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
Professional Qualification: MA, BA, BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or CQSW.
Registration: Must be registered with Social Work England (not Social Care Wales – which applies only in Wales).
Experience: Substantial experience working with vulnerable adults, including those with complex needs.
Legislation Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and associated safeguarding procedures.
Skills: Excellent assessment, analysis, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence and access to a car is often required for community visits.
