What's the Opportunity?
We are looking for Product Support Consultants to join our support team to help our customers use Zenoti effectively to run their business. This team works Mon- Friday - 9 AM - 6 PM UK time and so our consultants have to work at times when our customers need help. Applicants to this role will need to be flexible since their shift assignment will be based on the needs of our customers. we will work with you to ensure your hours are consistent over a long time horizon such that you can ensure a healthy life with good work-life balance. This will be an in-office position based in our office in Manchester, UK
What Will I be doing?
- Receive inbound help requests from customers via the primary channels of phone call, chat, and email.
- Own customer reported issues and see problems through to resolution; be an advocate for our customers and their needs.
- Consult with customers to ensure their business operations run effectively on Zenoti
- Demonstrate the ability to research, document, and prioritize customer issues, leveraging internal tools and escalation teams as necessary, as well as prioritizing and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Raise issues to higher levels of support as needed; be able to identify when you need help to solve an issue
- Be a trusted advisor to our customers on issues related to Zenoti products and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction;
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and utilize that expertise effectively to help customers;
- Provide peer mentorship to team members
- Create knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency, while also empowering and enabling the greater support community.
- Be proud of what you work on, obsess about the quality of the work you produce.
- Influence the direction of the product by providing feedback about challenges customers have with using our product.
What Skills do I need?
- Minimum 3 years in a public-facing, English speaking service position requiring frequent customer engagement; the ideal candidate will come from a hospitality or retail background
- Experience running a Point-of-Sale or reservations system
- Tenaciousness and perseverance
- A technology-centric background with demonstrated curiosity and self-learning

Zenoti is seeking a bilingual Implementation Specialist (French and English) to support our customers in successfully adopting and optimising our software platform.
As a product expert and trusted advisor, you will guide businesses through every step of the implementation process—from technical setup to training—ensuring a seamless and impactful experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client needs and design tailored solutions using Zenoti.
- Lead product demos, training sessions, and solution reviews with a strong business impact.
- Configure and optimize the platform according to each client’s specific workflows.
- Anticipate risks and ensure smooth project rollouts.
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshoot customer issues efficiently.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve product features and integrations.
- Stay up to date with new Zenoti features and industry trends.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
- 4 to 8 years of experience in enterprise software implementation and support.
- Strong technical knowledge in APIs, cloud solutions, and data migration.
- Proven experience deploying software at scale and working with enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client training skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work across distributed teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Bonus points for knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, JIRA, or experience in the wellness/spa industry.

What will I be doing?
- Converting qualified leads generated by the Inside Sales and SDR teams, and taking them through demo and negotiating to successful closure.
- Drive detailed business plans for goal and quota attainment. Strategise and drive each deal to closure.
- Drive thorough discovery of customer's business priorities and challenges; offer relevant introduction to Zenoti's products targeted to their individual business needs and challenges
- Be a strategic business partner for new customers, offering insight into the customer's market, industry, business model and opportunities regarding Zenoti systems.
- Work with the Technical Sales Engineer to prepare for demos and technical discussions with prospective customers.
- Facilitate handoff of new customers to software implementation teams with detailed notes and specifications from customers. Work with the support and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales and to manage customer expectations throughout their tenure with Zenoti.
- Upsell additional Zenoti products and services to existing customers.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales team on strategy for increasing the sales pipeline. Continually identify opportunities to increase closure rate, improve implementation process handoff
What skills do I need?
- French and English Language required
- Experience in working with customers virtually. Some travel may be required.
- Experience working with small to mid-level sized companies
- Self-motivated and goal oriented. Desire to work in a competitive environment where one's growth potential is driven by one's abilities and attitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, personality, and the ability to build relationships and trust with customers
- Organisational and time management skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or any relevant discipline desirable.
- 3+ years of strong relevant experience in customer-facing technology sales or inside sales representative roles in SMB, Mid-market, or Enterprise client segments.
- Knowledge of sales processes and adhering to such established processes.
- Experience in or an understanding of the spa, salon, fitness, and/or beauty & wellness industry a BIG PLUS!
