What you’ll be doing

As we are growing rapidly, we're looking for a Key Account Manager to provide world-class account management and support to a portfolio of our key restaurant partners. This will be a mix of independent strategically important eateries and larger chains, so there’ll be a variety of queries to answer and problems to solve as well as deals to negotiate and close!

You’ll work closely with your partners to improve their performance, introduce relevant products, and support them in their day-to-day operations. This is a role that combines commercial thinking, data-driven decisions, and direct collaboration with partners.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Close deals with key restaurant partners—structuring, negotiating and onboarding with care.
• Drive adoption of Wolt products and services.
• Grow relationships with existing partners by understanding their needs and helping them thrive.
• Boost performance with regular check-ins, data insights, and quality reviews.
• Own the partner journey after onboarding, acting as the main point of contact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally—especially with ops, marketing, and sales—to plan campaigns, solve challenges, and build business cases that create value for partners.
• Analyze the market and keep an eye on competitors to stay ahead.
• Use data smartly to focus your energy where it makes the most impact.
• Share partner feedback to help improve how we work and what we offer.

Our humble expectations 

• Solid experience in account management or sales, ideally with key accounts or complex portfolios.
• Strategic commercial thinking with advanced analytical skills. Confident using BI tools such as Looker and Excel to guide negotiations, campaigns and optimisations.
• Proven ownership mindset. You move complex, ambiguous work forward with minimal guidance and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple organisational layers.
• Comfortable improving processes, building lightweight tools and sharing best practices.
• Fluent in Maltese and English, both written and spoken.

You will have full P&L responsibility for the Belgian market, overseeing customer experience, lifecycle management and local marketing strategy. Your key objective is to drive sustainable revenue growth and maximize customer value. The Belgian market includes both online casino and sportsbook operations, as well as a retail sportsbook network of over 400 points of sale across the country. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop best in class team of local experts and professionals 

• Drive revenue growth through customer engagement 

• You will develop and implement the local market strategy and annual plans, while managing the local budget. In close collaboration with Central teams, you will review and approve quarterly market and CRM plans, ensuring that local marketing teams deliver effective strategies and measurable results for the Belgian market 

• Accountable for customer life cycle from acquisition to retention  

• Drive brand awareness through a mix of onsite and offsite marketing channels closely following any market trends 

• Ensure that customer engagement is delivered through effective customer marketing and an optimized site experience. Responsible to overview, flag and improve the customer’s experience and journeys 

• Optimise daily operations to improve quarterly performance and meet annual revenue targets 

• Responsible that all executions are compliant in their market 

• Follow closely the competition and industry/market trends 

Requirements

•  Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing 
  
  
• More than 10 years’ experience in marketing or commercial positions  

• At least 3 years of experience at a senior strategic level  

• Direct experience working on Belgian market 
  
  
• Solid people management experience 
  
  
• Deep understanding of Casino and Sportsbook with a proven track record of delivering commercial success 

• Gaming retail experience will be considered an asset 

• Excellent skills in communication, both verbally and in writing 

• Excellent project management abilities in driving multiple initiatives at once 

• Results orientated and strong analytical skills 

• Proactive, driven and have a positive can-do attitude 

• Energised by a rapidly changing environment and welcome the unexpected challenges
