The Role…

At Soho House, the Food and Beverage Admin Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the food and beverage department. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions, including menu edits and implementation, walkout recovery, expense reports, SOP implementation and execution, vendor coordination and ensuring the business is optimized to its highest standards. The F&B Admin Manager works closely with the kitchen and service teams to streamline processes and ensure that daily operations run seamlessly. 

Main Duties…

• Serve as the Admin Manager for four days per week, with one day dedicated to cross-training and operational involvement to enhance business acumen and maintain a holistic understanding of the department.
• Oversee the rollout and execution of new menus, ensuring alignment with Soho House standards and guest expectations.
• Manage processes for addressing member walkouts, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Handle expense report requests and receipts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to meet financial reporting requirements.
• Maintain and update the compendiums, ensuring all information is current and accessible to the team.
• Conduct bi-weekly audits of the Micros system to ensure menu accuracy and pricing compliance.
• Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency in operations and service.
• Provide support to the House Trainer and General Manager (GM) in delivering training programs to staff, ensuring high standards of performance and development.
• Assist with site compliance, ensuring all regulatory requirements, health, and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate monthly department meetings by sending calendar invites, securing appropriate meeting spaces, and managing administrative tasks such as meeting minutes, sign-in sheets, and communication with the site payroll team to ensure accurate staff coding and attendance tracking.
• Oversee uniform inventory, budget management and staffing pars.
• Ensure compliance with allergy procedures and maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Promote transparency and open communication, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, motivation, and teamwork among staff.
• Anticipate and identify guest needs, developing action plans that enhance the guest experience and mitigate potential risks.
• Serve as an influential leader, proactively managing operations alongside the AGM and GM to ensure service levels, staffing, and member/guest experiences exceed expectations, while maintaining profitability within targeted budgets.
• Demonstrate passion for guest service, fostering clear and effective communication with members, guests, and staff to maintain the highest standards of internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Establish clear targets, KPIs, schedules, and procedures that align with company policies and support operational excellence.
• Perfrom all duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor. 

Scheduling & Labor Management

• Support weekly scheduling for all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bars, events
• Monitor daily staffing levels to ensure coverage aligns with member volume, reservations, and programming
• Track call‑outs, late arrivals and shift adjustments
• Communicate staffing needs to F&B leadership and assist with real‑time solutions

People Support

• Maintain accurate employee rosters, role assignments, and certifications
• Support onboarding, training coordination, and internal promotion documentation
• Assist with uniform ordering, distribution, and tracking
• Serve as an administrative liaison between F&B leadership and People & Development

Pre‑Opening & Readiness

• Assist with pre‑opening administrative duties, including staffing confirmations and operational communications
• Support managers with daily checklists, event outlines, and coverage plans
• Be available as an on‑site administrative support during peak periods and events

Inventory & Vendor Comms

• Assist with compliance and audits

Communication

• Maintain clear, professional communication between F&B leadership, managers, and hourly teams
• Distribute schedules, updates, and operational notes accurately and on time

Compliance

• Support incident documentation and follow‑up as needed

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an acute eye for detail
• Detail oriented, process driven and ability to problem solve in high-volume and demanding fast-paced environments
• Adept in Salesforce, POS (or alternative), Open Table, Opera or other Hospitality driven technologies experience, serving as an educator for colleagues
• Passionate and influential leader who positively communicates cross-functionally and leads a team to drive efficient and effective best practices through service
• Passionate about food and beverages trends and best practices and local health & safety compliancy regulations
• Ability to manage personnel and meet / exceed financial targets

The role…

 At Soho House, a Line Cook III is responsible for contributing to service and supporting a dedicated section, seamless preparation of food and sauces, and assisting Senior Chefs when needed. As a Line Cook III, you thrive in fast-paced environments and positively influence the team by demonstrating skilled abilities of one or more stations and remaining calm during a busy service. 

A successful Line Cook III is a critical member of the team due to the focused and appreciated culinary abilities in one or more stations. Although not skilled in all stations, a Line Cook III is hyper-specialized and has a proven ability to execute all menu items properly from prep to plate and deliver top-quality dishes from two or more stations.

 Main Duties

• Responsible for learning all menu items and ability to produce consistent and quality dishes in fast-paced and demanding environments on one or more stations.
• Daily support in prep as well as kitchen maintenance, equipment, and inventory when needed.
• Daily responsibilities also include preparing food items while adhering to allergy requests and specific dish alterations.
• Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. In addition, be able to comply with safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Kitchen while paying attention to cooking temps, wastage, and quality to reduce additional costs.
• Sets up station according to Kitchen guidelines and maintains a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.
• Production and a-la-carte dish(s) execution. Including weekend feast ideas and team meals.
• Work towards specific goals and Soho House Standards for speed of service goals and consistent experience for Soho House Standards for service; 3-8-10
• Ensure proper time and attendance procedure is followed when clocking in and out for shifts and breaks.
• Support Executive Sous and Jr. Sous with pre and post-service meeting when requested.
• as well as restocks all items as needed throughout the shift.
• Maintain a positive energy and remain influential to other team members while working under pressure and provide a welcoming work environment that increases staff morale.
• Attend “Cook House” trainings and support the mentoring and education of new and existing team members on areas they are looking to go.
• Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
• Be committed to providing quality service and food knowledge.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, upscale, and approachable environment of professionals
• Understanding of professional cooking and encompasses educated knife handling skills.
• Food handler’s certificate
• Strong communicator, able to take direction, and has a team player mentality.
• Proactive ability to build professional relationships with all leaders and kitchen team.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work morning, night, weekend, and holidays (as needed)
• Proven ability to execute all menu items and adequately prepare to deliver top-quality dishes on stations as requested by the Supervisor.

The role…

At Soho House a Runner is responsible for a range of tasks including preparing tables, serving orders, explaining meals, and facilitating collaboration between kitchen and servers. A Runner also assists the servers in providing quality hand plated service to all guests who come to Soho House. As a Food Runner, your goal will be to provide our members and guests with outstanding customer service and actively help to improve their overall dining experience.

A successful Runner thrives in a fast-paced environment, can problem solve in high-pressure situations and remain calm, approachable and professional.

Main Duties

• Responsible for following Steps of Service set by Soho House & Co that includes but is not limited to; Refill water glasses and coffee cups, clear finished dishes, crumb the table, replenish all table supplies, expedite food orders
• Accommodate special requests from guests or alternative solution that better suites business needs or advise management to further assess and provide options
• Thrive in high-volume and elevated service environment. Ensure the delivery of a seamless service by thinking quickly on your feed, managing / anticipating guest and member needs and ensure servers, Executive Chef and General Manager are supported.
• Ensure food orders are finished being plated and coursed out correctly before appropriately serving to members/guests
• Adhere to health and safety policy (allergy procedures) is followed as well as all Company processes, procedures, and standards and local, state, and federal law as applicable
• Work as one team with one goal; to serve members and guests their food and/or drink items in a timely manner and support the team by running items from expo and service bar that are outside of your section to
• Clean and stock server alley and expo area
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions who asked by members and/or guests

The Role…

At Soho House a Part Time Server is responsible for understanding, discussing and educating members and guests all menu items, allergies associated (if applicable) while also presenting an approachable and elevated experience by following Soho House Service Standards. The Server plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of service and guest satisfaction. Also, collaborates with other team members and completes pre-service and post-service duties, accurately entering orders into POS and being attentive during service to support additional member or guest request.

A successful Server maintains a positive and influential attitude, is detail oriented, process driven and flexible while working under pressure to ensure seamless communication is maintained through the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff.

Main Duties

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with all coworkers and management as well as complete checklists on all trained processes learned in Club School
• Positively influence members and guests experience by elevating the dining experience with food and drink pairing options and discussing specials to drive sales through consistent and approachable communication and the highest level of service in accordance with Soho House Standards
• Maintain communication and advise Management and Executive Chef on any allergies or potential red flags encountered throughout the night to mitigate any forecasted risk
• Complete all check out reports at the end of each shift and have it double checked and signed by management
• Adhere to health and safety policies as well as all Company policies, procedures, standards and local, state, and federal law as applicable
• Ensure food orders are finished being plated and coursed out correctly before appropriately serving to members/guests
• Assist runners and bussers when possible with expo and service bar tickets to support all table orders
• Clean and stock server alley and bar area, polish silverware, plates and/or glassware as needed
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions who asked by members and/or guests
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
