What you will do:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Enablement, you will be a critical member of our global team. As our new Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, you will be the AI-first enablement lead for our Direct Channel Growth business, tasked with elevating the performance and productivity of over 150 sellers. Your mission is to own the entire seller journey, from designing a world-class onboarding program to building a continuous-learning engine that keeps our tenured reps at the top of their game. You will blend classic enablement strategies with innovative, AI-powered solutions to create a scalable and highly effective learning environment.

You’ll be a key player in our global Revenue Enablement team, with close colleagues in Singapore and Denver, while directly empowering our Direct Channel Growth team—a dynamic group of over 150 sales professionals across 24 countries. Our enablement team is on a mission to redefine what's possible by building our function around AI. We're moving beyond static training calendars to create an always-on learning environment where AI-driven coaching and intelligent content are the norm. We believe core enablement skills are supercharged, not replaced, by technology, and we are the partners who will keep our sales team ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing market.

The opportunity
You are a reliable driver of client work, with a developing strategic mindset. You own and run projects independently, leading defined multiple workstreams, transitioning from delivering projects to managing them alongside peers. You align stakeholders, shape clear decision paths, and keep scope, schedule, and quality in balance, connecting great work with commercial performance.

Experience - Track record of running multiple projects with strong commercial outcomes. Great client relationships with positive feedback.
Relationships - You build trust at senior client levels and across internal department leaders. You understand their business deeply enough to spot where we can add real value and push back when needed to support delivery management and the wellbeing of internal teams.
Curiosity - You see patterns across projects and clients. You connect what's happening in their world to opportunities for us to do meaningful work whether that’s within our agency or the broader Omnicom world. You think what’s best for the work and client to create Iconic Moves.
Commerciality - You think independently about what makes sense commercially. You weigh complexity, investment, and return, and you're confident making the case internally, knowing how to influence and negotiate.
Communication - You present with clarity and confidence. You articulate strategic thinking in ways that move people to action and decision because you also chair and facilitate the decision-making process.
Multilinguality - A combination of at least two of the following languages on a native/business fluent level: Spanish, English, German

The opportunity
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO with experience in a similar role for a global company. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly motivated, and acts as a trusted partner, providing direct support to senior leadership in strategic decision-making.

Experience – Strong track record managing multiple priorities and global executive projects with measurable business impact. Skilled at coordinating complex initiatives, ensuring efficient results, and adding value to the CEO’s decision-making. *Bilingual English/Spanish required (spoken, written, and translation).
Relationships – Ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders at the executive level. Deep understanding of the business, anticipating needs, and acting as a strategic liaison between the CEO and the organization.
Proactivity & Strategic Thinking – Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying patterns, anticipating requirements, and spotting opportunities to improve operations and business strategy. Committed to delivering solutions that create real impact.
Business Acumen (Commercial Mindset) – Ability to understand financial and strategic implications in decision-making. Skilled at prioritizing based on impact, resources, and return, supporting the CEO in key decisions.
Communication – Excellent oral and written communication skills. Capable of synthesizing complex information, preparing executive presentations (in English and Spanish), and facilitating decision-making with clarity, confidentiality, and precision.

The Client Coordinator role Client Coordinators at Interbrand are passionate collaborators, with drive and attention to detail, giving support our key accounts/ projects.
Responsibilities:
• Point person for day-to-day tasks and projects -maintain clear lines of communication with internal teams
• Create and manage project timing plans, clear and concise contact reports, statuses etc.
• Review/proof-read work before it goes to the client
• Collate all project-relevant documents and information into the relevant file on the server for team access
• Give support on proposal and cost estimates
• Supports in development of case studies and requests across the network
• Supports and collaborates in the internal coordination of pitches (points of view, methodology and approach, etc.)
• Participates in creating content for proposals & presentations
• Supports in all initiatives related to the client
• Supports in the management of internal development tools (database, digital tools) and reports
• Supports in day-to-day client management and small & mid-size projects under the guidance of senior team members.
Qualities and skills:
• Personable team player
• Compelling communicator both verbally and written
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Attention to detail
• Multi-tasker with ability to prioritise tasks
• Able to simplify complex tasks into actionable activities, linked to timings
Qualifications:
• Graduate or equivalent -agreement with the University is a must-
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Proficient in relevant IT software and systems (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Primary Job Responsibilities
Prepare client presentations
Understand our clients’ businesses and cultures. Research partners and the client, develop a full understanding of the client’s businesses, market situation, the impact of future trends, drawing upon business and consumer insights to provide a holistic view of the opportunity for future brand value growth.
Work effectively with cross-disciplinary internal teams
Qualifications/Experience
Recognized B.A degree - Curricular Agreement with the University
Experience in an Analyst or Strategy Department or similar will be valued.
Excellent writing skills
Strong communication and group presentation skills
Knowledge of foreign languages a plus
