The Role
Fever for Business is a start-up within the unicorn, a hyper-growth organization democratizing access to culture and live entertainment for corporate and institutional clients. Reporting to the Global Head of Account Development, you will lead and scale our EMEA Account Development team, serving as the primary driver of our EMEA revenue engine.

• Talent Development : Lead the hiring, onboarding, and daily development of high-potential ADRs. You will be responsible for the "boots on the ground" coaching and culture.

The Senior Public Policy Manager, Iberia will support our campaigns across Iberia, with a special focus on Spain.
