Recorded Future is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join our Engineering team, responsible for building and scaling the pipelines that power the Security Intelligence Graph. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will work across application code and infrastructure to collect, transform, and deliver structured threat data: tracking malware infrastructure, phishing campaigns, spam networks, command-and-control systems, and more. You will play a key role in driving architectural improvements and ensuring the platform scales effectively as it continues to grow.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000-$228,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary displayed reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by state, work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K. What we’re looking for:
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to help us build and optimize tech solutions to accelerate our sustainable energy future. At Nexamp, you'll be part of an engineering squad focused on multiplying the efficiency of how we raise and deploy billions of dollars of capital into low-downtime solar power plants. You’ll be the front-end lead on the squad and will drive impact by writing quality code, steering projects from conception to completion, helping refine our processes, and guiding more junior team members. This role will be hybrid, based out of our Boston office, and you will report to your squad’s Tech Lead.

Compensation:
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $170,000 - $190,000. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in the Company’s stock option plan. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but is not limited to, skills and qualifications, internal equity, performance, and geographic location.

We have an exceptional role in our Waltham, MA headquarters for a Senior Software Engineer. As a Senior Software Engineer focusing on Full-stack Node.js Web development, you will be building out Markforged’s 3D printer/content management system and web-based slicer (Eiger).
This is a true full-stack position, ranging from designing REST APIs, utilizing AWS services, optimizing Postgres queries, and implementing new 3D views in WebGL. This role requires the ability to bridge the gap between engineering and design, leveraging experience in UX principles and design tools like Figma to rapidly prototype, iterate on, and implement exceptional user experiences.

Salary Range
The salary range for this role is expected to be between $146,608 - $198,352. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location, certifications, licenses, business needs and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other components may include a comprehensive benefits package. Our software technologies and tools empower our customers to configure print-ready parts, visualize part geometry in 3D, and push to IoT-connected printers for printing. As part of the Software Engineering team, you will be helping to lead the scaling and growth of our 3D printing platform involving end-customer applications and IoT services. We move quickly and refuse to compromise on quality. We believe in “doing it right the first time” and investing in code quality, testing, tooling and infrastructure. Your ideas will directly influence the company's future. You will do interdisciplinary work with cloud and physical systems and learn from best-of-the-best engineers across Materials Science, Mech-E, EE, and Software. You will have hands-on experience using our printers and technology.
