We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to help with various aspects of product management, from initial research to post launch activities. In this role, you'll assist in product discovery and customer research to inform decisions. You’ll support a wide range of internal stakeholders from the engineering, product marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive user experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

• This role is centered within the Identity & User Management, and Billing areas.
• Assist in research projects and customer discovery initiatives to inform product decisions.
• Review, groom, and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
• Participate in day-to-day activities with Engineering teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery support.
• Help teams remove blockers, manage dependencies, and resolve prioritization conflicts.
• Analyze performance metrics and help the Product Manager to make informed decisions.
• Support communication and visibility of product initiatives to the organization, particularly marketing, sales, and customer success.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

• A post-secondary degree in computer science, business, engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in analytics, growth, technology, consulting, or related field.
• Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
• Understanding of (or a keen interest in) identity protocols like OAuth2 or SAML, and comfort navigating the logistical complexities of global billing systems and subscription lifecycles.

The Principal Solutions Architect will own the end‑to‑end design of complex customer/prospect solutions built on top of our social media management platform, with a strong focus on integrations, workflows, and measurable business value. This person will act as the bridge between customer‑facing teams (mostly AMs and AEs) and Product & Tech: translating client use cases and operational constraints into robust technical architectures, and turning those architectures into clear, actionable briefs for our product managers and engineering teams. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Participate in strategic client / prospects meetings and discovery workshops with strategic/enterprise accounts to understand business objectives, current tools, and operational constraints.
• Challenge and refine client requirements, uncovering underlying needs and proposing pragmatic solutions grounded in our platform capabilities.
• Articulate complex technical concepts in simple, non‑technical language to senior business stakeholders (CMO, Head of Social, Customer Care, Digital, Data teams).
• Act as a trusted advisor on topics such as social data architecture, governance, workflow design, and integration strategy notably on RFP or RFI. 
• Lead the design of end‑to‑end solutions that leverage our core platform capabilities (publishing, engagement, listening, analytics, governance) and integrate with external systems (CRM, customer care platforms, marketing automation, data warehouses, BI tools, etc.).
• Translate complex integration requirements (APIs, webhooks, SSO, data sync, custom workflows) into user‑centric, value‑oriented solution designs.
• Produce clear architecture artefacts when needed: solution blueprints, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, and configuration guides.
• Evaluate feasibility, risks, and trade‑offs of different solution approaches, always balancing speed, robustness, and scalability.

• Guide project teams (PS, Customer Success, Partner teams) during implementation as the “design authority” for the solution.
• Review technical configurations and integration setups to ensure they adhere to the agreed architecture and best practices.
• Help define standards, patterns, and reusable assets (templates, reference architectures, integration playbooks) that make future projects faster and more consistent.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

• Extensive years of experience in a relevant role: Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Senior Solutions Consultant, Technical Consultant, or similar in a SaaS / digital platform environment.
• Strong experience with integration‑heavy solutions involving APIs, webhooks, SSO/identity, and data pipelines.
• Experience working with at least some of the following: CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.), contact centre / ticketing tools (Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.), marketing automation, CDP/DMP, data warehouses/BI tools.
• Background in social media / digital marketing / customer care platforms is a strong plus, ideally with tools like Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout, Khoros, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, etc.
• Proven track record acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ideally in a role reporting into a Solutions / Professional Services / Customer Success organization.
• Solid understanding of modern web and SaaS architectures: RESTful APIs, webhooks, OAuth/SSO, microservices, event‑driven workflows.
• Ability to read API documentation, reason about data models, and specify integration patterns (batch vs real‑time, push vs pull, error handling, monitoring).
• Comfort discussing technical topics with engineers (data structures, rate limits, performance considerations) even if you are not the one writing production code.
• Familiarity with data concepts: data mapping, normalization, basic SQL or BI concepts, and how social data flows into broader customer data ecosystems.

What you’ll be doing

As our Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a number of large enterprise accounts. You’ll work across multiple layers of each organisation – from central decision-makers to regional managers and local stores – with a focus on long-term growth and operational excellence.

You’ll plan and execute advanced promotional campaigns, lead commercial negotiations, and use data to optimize every aspect of partner performance. In addition to managing your portfolio, you’ll help shape internal tooling and best practices that support the broader enterprise AM community.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Regulatory Risk & Compliance Manager - EUR, you will play a vital role in ensuring Tide complies with the evolving regulatory requirements set by the CSSF and other EU regulators. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating regulatory risks, while ensuring that Tide’s compliance frameworks are embedded across the business.

Working closely with teams across the organisation, including Product, Member Operations, Payments, Marketing, Legal and Finance, you will provide expert advice on regulatory developments, lead compliance initiatives, and integrate regulatory requirements into our day-to-day operations.

As the subject matter expert on particular regulations, you’ll help to steer decisions, impact strategies and support the rest of the team and business. At Tide, you’ll be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with cross-team exposure, inquisitive freedom and the ability to impact how Tide conducts its business.

As Regulatory Risk & Compliance Manager you will:

• Execute the Compliance Monitoring Plan, taking ownership of monitoring activities, addressing findings, and engaging stakeholders as needed.
• Horizon scanning and regulatory mapping for regulatory developments across Luxembourg and the EU, assess their impact, and advise on necessary actions.
• Manage regulatory submissions to the CSSF such as Compliance summary report, long form report and the annual complaints reports. 
• Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting for BCL monthly reports. 
• Provide regulatory guidance on product and service development, conducting compliance assessments for new initiatives.
• Maintain and update compliance policies in line with Luxembourg and EU regulations, tracking required refresh cycles.
• Support the Chief Compliance Officer and the Global Director of Compliance in regulatory engagements, strategic planning, and governance.
• Lead and actively participate in the Regulatory Risk & Compliance working group, ensuring key issues are identified, addressed, and escalated.
• Coordinate and deliver compliance and risk-related training across the business.
• Collect and prepare MI for internal governance reporting and external regulatory submissions.
• Track regulatory deadlines, file submissions, maintain a log of regulatory interactions, and prepare for meetings and inspections with CSSF and other authorities.
• Engage with internal teams to respond to compliance-related requests and regulatory inquiries, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Work closely with the 1LOD to remediate regulatory oversight findings and enhance controls.
• Identify, assess, and monitor regulatory risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation measures are in place.
• Support internal and external audits, participate in compliance reviews, and oversee effective remediation of findings.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• At least 6 years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Risk, or Risk Management at a senior level within financial services.
• Strong expertise in Luxembourg (CSSF) and EU financial regulations, including PSD2, GDPR, EBA Guidelines and related frameworks.
• Direct experience interacting with regulators, handling responses, managing notifications, and supporting regulatory inspections, audits, and thematic reviews.
• Proven track record in regulatory submissions, licence applications, and reporting, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg and EU requirements.
• Experience in oversight functions, monitoring key risk indicators (KRIs), and providing Compliance Advisory on new initiatives, products, and services.
• Background in Banking, FinTech, Payments/E-Money firms, or Regulatory Consultancy.
• Experience working with firms under CSSF  regulations.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations, research requirements, and advise internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in resolving compliance challenges.
