As a Product Design Manager, You’ll

Embed AI into how your team works
Lean into AI to accelerate research synthesis, generate and test prototypes faster, run design QA checks, and explore more of the solution space. Help your designers build confidence with AI-enabled workflows and push the team to stay at the frontier of what’s possible.

Be a player-coach
Manage and develop a small team of designers through hands-on leadership. Set clear expectations around craft, platform-first thinking, and data-informed decision-making. Build individual development plans around UX competencies and create an environment where designers do the best work of their careers.

Build strong partnerships

We’re looking for a Lead Data Scientist to join our Global Football Metrics data science team, which is focused on delivering innovative machine learning models to keep Hudl at the cutting edge of sports analytics.

As a Lead Data Scientist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Work with a cross-functional team. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Product, Design and Scrum disciplines to deliver cutting-edge tactical and recruitment insights.
• Develop and deliver. You will have access to industry-leading data from a variety of sources, and will lead the research and development roadmap for new Global Football models and metrics.

The Compliance Technology team are responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions that enable QRT to meet its regulatory obligations and maintain robust control frameworks. This role collaborates with compliance, technology, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective solutions that support regulatory requirements, operational controls, and business goals. The successful candidate will combine strong technical business analysis skills with process design expertise. This is an end-to-end recruitment role with an emphasis on delivery, candidate experience, and developing strong partnerships with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end hiring processes for infrastructure-focused technology roles, including Site Reliability Engineers, Production Engineers, Platform/DevOps Engineers, and Security Engineers.
