Analyst – Performance & Emissions
We are seeking qualified applicants for the position of Analyst - Performance & Emissions to be based in London, UK.
General Description:
The Analyst - Performance & Emissions will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating vessel performance against TCP warranties, using voyage reports and sensor data. Another key aspect of the role is to capture and analyze data related to VGC’s chartered Fleet’s international emission regulations and enable the day-to-day administration of emission reporting to relevant authorities.
This position will sit within the VGC Shipping Fleet Performance & Emissions Team, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager - Fleet Performance and Emissions, and will play a key role in enhancing value for VGC’s chartered fleet. Strong digital and analytical skills are essential for handling large complex data.

Baker Hicks have grown rapidly in the Transmission & Distribution sector over the last ten years and have been successful in winning a number of major projects within the UK. As the demand to deliver exceptional engineering design from our clients continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for a Principal Primary Design Engineer to join the team.
This role will be reporting to the HV Substations Team Manager, and will be responsible for supervising a small team, ensuring the quality and consistency of the teams output in the production and control of drawings and technical documents. You will be expected to take the CDAE role for HV Plant for National Grid projects.
You will also work with the Power Sector Director to assist during the bid process in order to secure further work.
About You
You will have significant experience in the production of all designs, calculations, reports & drawings associated with new or modifications of HV substation projects up to 400kV, covering primary design and engineering elements.

Joining the Shipping Operations team in London, you will hold a fundamental position in a team that manages the transport of LNG globally.
As a Shipping Operator, you will closely interact with Marketing/Trading Representatives, Vessels, Vessel Managers/Owners, Agents, Inspection Companies and Customers to coordinate LNG shipping activity, ensuring contractual and regulatory requirements are met.

The Workplace Experience Manager is the primary owner of the London office experience and provides dedicated executive support to Faire's Regional GM for EMEA. This is a dual-scope role: approximately 75% Workplace Experience and 25% Executive Assistant support.
On the workplace side, you'll ensure the London office is high-performing, operationally excellent, and a place people genuinely want to be. On the EA side, you'll be a trusted partner to a senior leader — managing their time, travel, and priorities with precision and discretion.
This role sits within Faire's global Workplace, Employee Experience & Procurement team. Executive Assistant Support (~25% of role)
