THE OPPORTUNITY:
At Clari + Salesloft, our Deal Desk Manager will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Deal Desk team who are seen as trusted advisors to the field organization and our cross-functional business partners. We provide deal strategy and guidance, product and pricing expertise, world class systems and operational muscle, and strategic, data-driven insights.
You will provide next level deal strategy, pricing and discounting guidance, commercial and contractual expertise to drive revenue, velocity, and scale in Clari deals. Specifically, you will:

The Role

Media Technology and Reselling play a critical role at Monks in enabling clients to access, adopt, and scale leading advertising technologies. As Associate Director, Media Technology and Resale, you will own a client portfolio and serve as a strategic and operational partner for clients' use of media technologies. This hands-on role has a strong commercial and advisory focus, balancing platform expertise with client management and growth opportunities. You will lead from the front, working closely with specialists to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing platform use, while guiding clients on best practices and ways to maximise value. This role will work closely with our growth and commercial teams to update and improve our go-to-market narrative to pitch and win new clients, participating in pitches and leading the Media Technology narrative and delivery.

About the Role, Mission or Department Overview
The New York Times Audience department is hiring an Associate Audience Editor to support the rollout and analysis of our video projects across on-site and off-platform channels. This role will work closely with the leader of video's audience efforts to implement, analyze, and refine distribution strategies to maximize the reach and impact of Times video projects across platforms, including both linear videos and multimedia stories. You will also help build weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for both onsite and off-platform channels, including competitive analysis, to inform and refine our strategy.
You have experience developing video rollout strategies across platforms and assessing their success, with a strong understanding of all mainstream social video platforms, particularly YouTube and TikTok. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of driving video engagement and reach, and who is eager to refine and expand our distribution strategies to maximize the reach and impact of Times video.
This is an in-office position, based in London and includes regular attendance in the office four days each week. There may be some flexibility to work remotely per your departmental guidance. The role will report to the Editor, Video Audience, based in New York.
Responsibilities:
Support video rollout plans across on-site and off-platform channels, coordinating with video journalists and senior producers to support video initiatives across the desk's video projects, including visual articles, visual investigations, and videos featuring reporters on camera.
Optimize headlines, descriptions, and metadata to enhance searchability and discovery; tailoring copy to fit platform styles while maintaining editorial integrity.
Implement social distribution plans with video journalists and producers to maximize the reach and impact of our video journalism.
Work on coverage plans for tentpole events.
Work closely with key editorial and audience teams—including search, social, community, homepage, notifications, and newsletters—to align coverage strategies and ensure a cohesive rollout of all of our video projects across platforms.
Track and analyze competitors' video performance in breaking news and major stories, identifying insights to help benchmark and refine our approach.
Partner with the Editor, Video Audience to analyze data and signals that shape how we present stories across platforms; deliver actionable daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Collaborate with Video's Operations Director to identify video projects for award submissions and provide audience impact reports.

Basic Qualifications:

The competitive landscape is intense. Fast-moving AI-native startups are coming hard for this space, shipping aggressively and going after the same deals we are. We need someone who thrives under that pressure, who can maintain technical excellence while moving at startup speed within a company that has the resources and customer base to make that speed count.
The core requirement: engineering depth and product thinking. We need someone who combines deep engineering ability with strong product and design instincts — not one or the other. We don't want engineers who are technically brilliant but disconnected from the product. And we don't want product-minded engineers who have great instincts but can't execute at the level this work demands. You need to be able to both build complex systems AND identify the right problems to solve. This is the single most important dimension we evaluate on.

The Role
We're looking for a skilled IT Support Team Lead to be the go-to person for our company's IT support function — someone who combines genuine technical depth with the kind of approachable, can-do attitude that makes people actually want to come to IT for help.
Reporting to the Head of IT Security & Operations, you'll work with the IT support team and wider IT engineers, ensuring our users across multiple sites receive first-class assistance with hardware, software, local networking and everything in between. About this role:
GiveDirectly is seeking a Global Head of Country Operations to strengthen and scale operations across all our country offices. This role will shape the operating model that powers GiveDirectly’s next decade of growth. They will build strong country office foundations and level up our ability to scale and serve recipients excellently and adaptively, working in partnership with our COO and other department leads across the organization. The Data Partnerships team manages the integration and partnerships with our key data partners across EMEA. About this role
GiveDirectly is scaling its emergency response operations to reach more people, faster, with cash in the wake of crises. As a Manager on the Humanitarian team, you will play a critical role in supporting the design and delivery of rapid cash responses globally. You’ll coordinate program implementation, manage day-to-day operations, and contribute to fundraising efforts by documenting field insights and preparing donor materials.

The Team:
