About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data / Business Analyst to play a key role in advancing our Marketing Analytics and Campaign Reporting capabilities. This role is split between hands-on reporting and analysis (50%) and dashboard development and reporting automation (50%), with a strong emphasis on ownership, rigor, and scalability.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who can independently own reporting outputs, influence measurement standards, and help move the organization from fragmented and manual analytics toward more consistent, automated, and trusted insights. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an environment where analytics are evolving and enjoys improving how data is captured, analyzed, and used.

About the Role
iCapital is seeking an experienced and highly capable Office Manager to lead operations for our Lisbon office. This is a critical role within the global Facilities team and is central to delivering exceptional, consistent workplace experience for our employees as the company continues to grow.
Today, the Lisbon office spans four floors and supports approximately 175 employees. We are looking for a strong operator and people leader who can scale operations, build and manage a growing onsite team, and serve as a trusted partner to business leadership.
This position reports to the Regional Facilities Manager for Europe, based in New York, and currently has one direct report, with anticipated team expansion as the office footprint and headcount increase.

As Program Manager for Professional Services, you will report to the Professional Services leadership team and partner closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to support the smooth and scalable delivery of technical service offerings through systems, data, and operational rhythms that drive team effectiveness. Your team
The Middle Office group is a part of larger FinOp department and is responsible for securities and transaction Management across all asset classes. The group ensures that all client transactions are booked into Arcesium platform, and any exception is addressed actively. The group is also responsible for Asset Servicing (coupons, paydowns, expiries, etc.) and Corporate Action management across various financial instruments. The group also works on managing the Reference and Static data on Arcesium platform. Your Team
The Trade Accounting and Operations (TAO) group is responsible for various post-trade activities for hedge funds and is an integral part of our global operations. The core daily objectives include ensuring post trade activities happen in a timely manner and record an accurate view of positions, cash and P&L in the books. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Experience Site Manager role is responsible for end-to-end management of our experience site in Lisbon, which will feature unique experiences housed within the same venue.
