- Gestión de dependencias con Maven/Gradle y control de versiones con Git.

- You have less than one year of professional experience working on a tech role, excluding internship.
- You demonstrate initial knowledge of object-oriented programming principles (e.g., can define encapsulation) and are learning its basic concepts with some hands-on experience.
- You can write code that is readable, maintainable and extensible, and you are aware of the importance of tests.
- You are aware of the technical ecosystem where code and artifacts run (infrastructure, runtime, web architecture, operating systems).
- Good to have: exposure to machine learning, LLM fundamentals, agentic AI development, and AI-assisted software tools.
- Good to have: exposure to cloud-based concepts.
Professional Skills
- You thrive in a collaborative, flat environment that values transparency, openness, feedback and change.

Buscamos un Java Developer Senior (21031) responsable de diseñar, desarrollar y liderar la implementación de soluciones backend escalables y de alto rendimiento. Tendrás un rol clave en decisiones técnicas, arquitectura y mejora continua de sistemas dentro de un entorno ágil.
Responsabilidades y Funciones
- Diseñar y desarrollar servicios backend utilizando Java y Spring Boot.
- Definir e implementar arquitecturas basadas en microservicios.
- Diseñar e integrar APIs REST seguras y eficientes.
- Optimizar consultas y gestión de bases de datos.
- Liderar decisiones técnicas y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
- Realizar code reviews y mentoring a desarrolladores del equipo.
- Gestionar despliegues y soporte en entornos productivos.
- Identificar mejoras de performance, escalabilidad y seguridad.
Requisitos y Habilidades
- +5 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend con Java.
- Experiencia sólida con Spring Boot y ecosistema Spring.
- Experiencia en arquitecturas de microservicios.
- Dominio de APIs REST y patrones de integración.
- Experiencia con bases de datos SQL (optimización y modelado).
- Conocimiento en herramientas de versionamiento (Git).
- Experiencia con contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes es un plus).
- Experiencia en entornos cloud (AWS, Azure o GCP es un plus).
- Experiencia trabajando en metodologías ágiles.
