Como un Business Analyst (20646), formarás parte de un equipo tecnológico y ágil altamente calificado por respaldar y desarrollar soluciones de vanguardia para cumplir con los requisitos de nuestro negocio. Responsabilidades y Funciones

• Levantar, analizar y documentar requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales asegurando claridad y entendimiento entre negocio y tecnología.
• Colaborar con Product Managers, UX Designers y Developers en la definición de soluciones digitales alineadas a las necesidades del usuario.
• Mapear procesos actuales, identificar oportunidades de mejora y apoyar en la optimización de flujos de trabajo.
• Participar activamente en ceremonias ágiles, apoyando en la gestión del backlog, definición de criterios de aceptación y seguimiento de iniciativas.
• Estructurar la data del squad, realizar estimaciones de impacto para las funcionalidades nuevas y medir impacto post lanzamiento.
• Apoyar en actividades de Discovery.

Requisitos y Habilidades

• Profesionales de Ing. de Sistemas, Informática, Industrial, Administración o afines con +3 años de experiencia como Analista de Negocio o Analista Funcional en entornos ágiles.
• Experiencia muy deseable en banca o financieras.
• Conocimiento de herramientas colaborativas como Confluence, Jira, Miro o Figma.
• Conocimientos de conciliaciones contables y control de diferencias.
• Experiencia en gestión de incidentes y eventos de pérdida.
• Experiencia en análisis de quiebres operativos, seguimiento y alineamiento con áreas como Legal, Reclamos, Operaciones y Digital.
• Conocimiento de sistemas/plataformas bancarias.
• Capacidad de análisis de datos utilizando Excel y conocimiento básico de SQL.

Buscamos un UI Designer Mid (20697) responsable de diseñar experiencias digitales centradas en el usuario, alineando las necesidades del negocio con soluciones funcionales y atractivas. Trabajarás de forma colaborativa con equipos de producto, tecnología y negocio para construir productos digitales de alto impacto.

We’re looking for a product designer to own end-to-end experiences across the .NET ecosystem. You’ll partner with engineers and product managers who treat design as a strategic input, not a final polish step, and you’ll ship work that developers use every single day.

You’ll move across products rather than specializing in one, which means holding complexity in your head and making decisions that work across contexts. You’ll also coordinate with the broader IntelliJ Platform design team – JetBrains builds IDEs across dozens of languages, and ecosystem coherence matters. 

What you’ll work on

The .NET ecosystem includes:

• Rider – a cross-platform .NET IDE competing with Visual Studio.
• ReSharper – the Visual Studio extension that started it all.
• Profilers – performance and memory analysis tools (dotTrace and dotMemory).
• VS Code extensions – lightweight tooling for broader reach.
• Cross-product experiences – onboarding, licensing, AI integration, and discoverability.

You’ll work on whatever needs design attention, which shifts based on priorities. Recent examples include: designing an overlay system that gives ReSharper its own identity inside Visual Studio without adding clutter, integrating AI assistance into GameDev workflows where context matters enormously, and making monitoring tools feel like part of the IDE rather than separate expert software.

Expect variety and sophisticated challenges.

What you’ll do:

• Own the design process from early research through shipped pixels –not just the middle part.
• Work across multiple products while maintaining ecosystem coherence.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape product direction (you’ll have a seat at the table, not just a chair in the corner).
• Conduct and participate in user research: interviews, usability testing, and design validation.
• Build in Figma – fast, organized, with prototypes that actually communicate intent.
• Navigate complex technical domains and translate them into clear, usable experiences.
• Contribute to design system, and pattern documentation.
• Present and defend your design decisions to stakeholders and leadership.

• Basic coding literacy: You don’t need to ship production code, but you’ve written enough to know what a breakpoint is, why a build might fail, and what developers actually experience when they work.
• Clear communication: You can explain your reasoning to engineers, PMs, and leadership – and you can push back when needed.

We’d be especially excited if you also have:

• A developer background or engineering mindset: you understand how software gets built.
• Experience designing developer tools, technical products, or complex professional software.
• Opinions about how IDEs should work, backed by actual usage.

About the team:

You’ll join a small design team (currently 3 people, including the lead) embedded in the .NET ecosystem. We’re building out our practices – prioritization frameworks, intake systems, and research processes – so you’ll shape how we work, not just what we ship.

The broader .NET organization includes product managers, engineers, QA, researchers, marketing managers, and technical writers across multiple products. Design partners with all of them. Here’s the thing: The engineers building these tools are also .NET developers – they’re your users. You’ll sit alongside the people whose workflows you’re designing for. That’s one of the rarest feedback loops in product design, and it changes how you work.

FlySto is a startup project with a small, distributed team. We have a server, web client, and Android and iOS apps – all written in Kotlin and supported by JetBrains. 

Modern aircraft, even small ones, are equipped with sophisticated avionics systems that measure various flight and engine parameters and record them to internal storage or memory cards. The resulting log files contain enough data to literally “replay” an entire flight, displaying the aircraft’s precise position and orientation, along with all instrument readings available to the pilots. Our product allows pilots to store and analyze their flights from different perspectives on the web and mobile devices. 

We are currently looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team!

In this role, you will: 

• Guide a small team of product designers, ensuring team productivity and high-quality results.
• Own the design direction and lead large-scale initiatives from vision and strategy through execution.
• Take ownership of the design process hands-on – from research and problem framing to creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, as well as delivering a polished UI.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to define problems, align on goals, and ensure design solutions meet user and business needs.
• Effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and the team to promote alignment and understanding.

We're building an AI copilot for web testing automation. It enables manual and automation QA engineers to turn their manual testing flows into production-ready automated E2E testing scripts, saving hours of manual work and coding. We are a small team with zero bureaucracy, focusing on real users. We optimize for shipping value - not hype.

About the role:

You'll own the entire frontend and product UX, meaning you decide how the product looks, feels, and works. You'll design flows, build the UI, maintain the architecture, and set the quality bar for anything that touches the interface. Backend and AI are covered by a strong team of engineers.

Your focus in the first three months:

• Refactor backend-frontend communication and state management. The current architecture was vibecoded – you'll make it ready for feature scaling.
• Establish a clean design system from existing components.
• Ship token-by-token LLM response streaming to improve perceived performance.
• Design user onboarding from scratch.
• Build a user-friendly error system with clear resolution paths.

Required experience:

Tech stack: React, TypeScript (web or desktop applications)

• Strong working knowledge of React and frontend architecture – enough to keep the codebase clean while actively using AI coding tools.
• Experience designing and implementing frontend systems end to end, not just isolated components.
• A portfolio or examples showing full ownership: projects where you designed and built the frontend yourself.
• At least one full year of experience in a startup or fast-moving team.
• Active experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) with a clear understanding of when they help – and when they hurt.
