As a Sr. NetSuite Developer, you will work closely with our Finance team to optimize workflows, enhance system capabilities, and ensure the seamless integration of NetSuite with our financial operations. This partnership is key to driving efficiency and innovation in our processes.

The role:

We are looking for a talented and results-oriented Sr. NetSuite Developer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for customizing, maintaining, and optimizing our NetSuite platform to meet business needs, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively collaborate with stakeholders and design appropriate solutions on NetSuite.
• Develop and customize scripts using SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0 to automate processes within NetSuite.
• Design, implement, and maintain workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards in NetSuite.
• Integrate NetSuite with other business applications using tools like SuiteTalk, REST APIs, or middleware.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide NetSuite-related support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage NetSuite updates and new implementations, ensuring compatibility with existing processes.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in NetSuite development (minimum 5-6 years).
• Advanced knowledge of SuiteScript 1.0/2.0.
• Advanced English Skills
• Experience with integrations via SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and/or middleware (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, etc.).
• Familiarity with core NetSuite modules such as Finance, Inventory, and Sales.
• Skills in SQL and the creation of customized NetSuite reports.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and design effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in Inventory
• NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer).
• Knowledge of other ERP platforms or integration tools.

About the role

As a Solution Architect for GameDev Tools, you’ll act as a trusted technical advisor to game development studios using JetBrains tools, primarily Rider.

This is a senior, non-sales role focused on deep technical engagement, high-impact customer scenarios, and long-term relationships with professional studios. You’ll work at the intersection of real-world production environments and product development, helping teams adopt modern workflows and get the most out of their tooling.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with game development studios as a technical expert on Rider and GameDev workflows
• Investigate complex technical challenges beyond typical support scope, including performance, debugging, IDE integration, and workflow issues
• Validate advanced use cases such as large Unity and Unreal projects, custom engine setups, CI/build pipelines, and competitive evaluations
• Act as a bridge between studios and internal teams, including Growth, Sales, and product teams
• Provide actionable product feedback based on real-world production environments
• Design and deliver technical workshops, demos, training sessions, and sample projects
• Share insights, best practices, and competitive knowledge with internal teams
• Occasionally travel for key onsite engagements, workshops, or industry events

What we’re looking for

• Strong professional experience in game development using Unity, Unreal Engine, or in-house engines
• Background in AAA or large-scale production environments, with a solid understanding of studio structures and workflows
• Deep knowledge of the full game development lifecycle, from prototyping to live operations
• Experience working with large, long-lived codebases and complex runtime environments
• Strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, profiling, and memory management
• Ability to work effectively with senior engineers, technical directors, and engineering leadership
• Established presence in the GameDev industry, with the ability to build long-term professional relationships
• Hands-on experience with JetBrains tools and the ability to demonstrate their value in real workflows
• Experience creating technical content such as demos, presentations, or workshops
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience in roles such as Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, Developer Advocate, or similar
• Deep knowledge of engine internals or performance-critical systems
• Experience with C++ and managed-to-native interoperability
• Familiarity with console development and platform-specific constraints

You will be working in close cooperation with other Relocation Specialists and colleagues from other offices. As part of our team, you will:

• Be responsible for the full relocation cycle for both newly hired employees and existing employees and their family members moving between JetBrains offices. 
• Following established workflows, tracking all relocations in our project management software and HR systems, and continuously identifying opportunities to optimize relocation processes within the company. 
• Advising employees on our relocation policies and offering guidance about various aspects of their move to Cyprus until they have fully settled.
• Coordinating each part of the relocation process in line with time and budget requirements.
• Arranging temporary accommodation for employees and their families.
• Welcoming relocated employees and supporting their onboarding and settling-in processes.
• Providing relocation cost breakdowns and related taxation details for payroll.
• Guiding employees through the tax benefit process and liaising with the external tax consultant.
• Act as a subject matter expert on immigration in Cyprus and stay up to date with changes in entry and residence regulations, for example, by:
• Being responsible for new employees who require migration support, even without relocation.
• Preparing residence permit application documents for employees or coordinating the process with our immigration provider – tracking the residence permit status of relocated employees and handling extensions or renewals on time.
• Scheduling necessary appointments, such as residence registration, for employees upon their arrival in Cyprus.
  
  
• Offer support for outbound relocations from Cyprus to other JetBrains offices when needed.
• Contribute to local and global HR projects and initiatives.
• Support the local HR team and collaborate with other departments as necessary.
  
  

We’d love to have you on our team if you have:

• 1–3 years of experience in relocation, with additional experience in HR operations, account management, customer support, or project management being a strong plus.
• A combination of relevant education and professional experience, with personal relocation experience being a plus.
• Solid knowledge of immigration processes and residence requirements in Cyprus.
• Motivation to work with customizable project management software, such as JetBrains YouTrack, and an enthusiasm for actively contributing innovative ideas to improve processes. 
• A keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach to work.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English, with Greek language skills being a plus.
