Geely Leeds
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £80,000k OTE (basic salary varies based on experience, plus bonus!)
Hours: 44 Hours - Mon to Fri 9.00am to 6.00pm (one late finish to 7pm and a day off midweek), Sat 9.00am to 5.00pm and Sunday 11.00am to 3.00pm (rota basis)
A rare and exciting opportunity has become available at Geely Leeds as a Sales Manager. Have you got what it takes to lead an established department in an electrifying franchise? As Sales Manager, you will act as a role model for customer service excellence for the team, always leading by example. You will develop long-lasting, meaningful relationships with our customers and coach and motivate the team to do so too. You will be reporting into the General Manager. This is an opportunity not to be missed!
You will oversee the day to day running of the showroom including vehicle valuations and sales; supervising the vehicle journey from workshop prep right through to imaging and showroom presentation. You will work alongside the divisional buyer, dedicated prep Technicians, detailers and photography team so that you can deliver marketing standards.
Responsibilities
You will have prior experience in a similar premium automotive environment with a proven track record in transactional sales and delivering exceptional customer service experiences. You will be able to demonstrate experience in leading a highly motivated team and know how to get the best out of each team member.
Experience monitoring financial performance against budget and the ability to identify and address any shortfalls promptly is a must. You will need the ability to understand finance and insurance product regulations and have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and negotiate a sale. Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is essential.

Hours: 42 Hours weekly (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, with one early finish per week and Saturdays 8am to 2pm on a rota basis)

Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor at our busy dealership you must have heaps of energy, a warm personality and a real passion for delivering a first class customer experience each and every time. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily whilst being able to explain technical information in a way that is clear and concise. Previous experience using Kerridge / ADP would be an advantage, as well as having knowledge of other essential dealer systems.

Level 3 Service Technician
Leeds Ford
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Salary: OTE up to £52,480 (Uncapped); between £34,000 to £38,000 basic depending on qualifications, plus £3,000 Productivity Bonus and Time Saved Bonus Scheme

While working alongside other experienced technicians, you will play a vital role, carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology, conducting vehicle services and carrying out any additional repairs.
Here at Leeds Ford, you will report to the accomplished Aftersales Manager, who will give on-going support to ensure you have the tools needed to succeed in your role. Our Vehicle Technicians / Mechanics play a vital role within our Service team by delivering first class customer service every time. We want you to be part of our success. Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a mechanic. You'll be self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn, while being able to work to the highest standards. You will require a full UK driving licence and completion of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
Having previous experience of working with brand would be advantageous, although not essential as full brand accreditation training can be provided.

As the Second Line of Defence (2LoD) subject matter expert, the Financial Crime Risk Manager will report directly to the Group MLRO and will play both a regional and global role. In this role, you will be primarily tasked with building and maintaining effective AML/CTF, ABC, and sanctions systems and controls to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in various GoCardless locations.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Base salary range: £46,400 - £69,600
Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point (£46,400 - £58,000) of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
