Our customers include the world’s largest and most prominent healthcare systems, governments, retailers, restaurants and global businesses who rely on us to save lives, reduce emissions, increase economic opportunity, and provide delivery from point A to point B as fast as possible. As we expand in Nigeria, we’re seeking a Construction and Deployments Lead to oversee all construction and deployment activities nationwide. This senior role is responsible for delivering Zipline distribution centers across the country, leading in-country teams and driving execution excellence from site acquisition and permitting through construction, vendor management, and operational handover. You will serve as the central point of coordination between local teams and global stakeholders across Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, Regulatory, and Partnerships, ensuring each launch meets Zipline’s global standards while adapting to Nigeria’s regulatory and operational context. This role isn't just about "spotting risks"—it’s about finding creative, factual, and simple ways to help the business achieve its goals. You will lead our approach to complex technology agreements, corporate finance, and M&A, ensuring that every contract we sign reflects our mastery and protects our mission to create financial happiness.
Lead the Deal: Drive the drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex commercial agreements, from SaaS and licensing to payment partnerships.

Protect our IP: Advise on intellectual property, licensing structures, and data protection to ensure Moniepoint’s innovations stay ours.
Drive Growth: Lead legal support for corporate finance, including debt and equity financing, and manage the legal lifecycle of M&A and investment deals.
Partner with Experts: Collaborate with finance, strategy, and external advisors to ensure our transactions are executed with precision.

You have Grit: You’re comfortable with the pressure of high-stakes deals and have the momentum to see them through to the finish line.
You’re Honest: You tell us the truth about risks, but you always bring a solution to the table.
You’re a Creator: You enjoy building better systems, not just following old ones.
Efficient Playbooks: You’ve launched a suite of contract templates that have reduced negotiation time for our commercial teams.
Seamless M&A: You’ve successfully led the legal workstream for at least one major strategic transaction or financing round.
Trusted Partnership: Business leaders view you as a "growth enabler" rather than a "blocker," seeking your advice early in the deal-making process.
