THE JOB

As a Sonographer, your focus is on ultrasound support for VEG hospitals and training facilities. This means working closely with our emergency doctors to provide same-day ultrasound scans for pets when they need it most. You’ll deal with a variety of patient types and scans, so being comfortable adapting to new scenarios and willing to learn new techniques and think outside the box are all part of your day-to-day. You’ll also assist in coordinating education opportunities and overall ultrasound training for your home and regional hospitals, inspire and motivate your fellow VEGgies to grow their ultrasound skills, and be ready to pitch in at the hospital whenever and wherever needed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform ultrasound studies and facilitate ultrasound training at your home hospital and regional hospitals
• Maintain good relationships with and accept feedback from teleconsultation radiologists reading your studies (e.g., Antech, SonoPath, IDEXX, VetsChoice, etc.)
• Ensure all training content and activities are in alignment with VEG culture, mission, and vision, and represent accurate, up-to-date sonographic techniques
• Track doctor and nursing team skills with a VEG Ultrasound Certificate checklist
• Engage in self-reflection and program evaluation practices to modify and enhance VEG’s ultrasound training programs
• Regularly meet with the medical directors, nursing trainer, and director of radiology education to discuss program development, training objectives, and additional needs
• Regularly meet with the hospital manager and medical director to discuss implementation of new training protocols, training schedules, hospital training needs, and team concerns
• Coordinate weekly schedule to work on the floor shifts with the hospital manager and medical director and devote time to training responsibilities
• May assist in developing ultrasound curriculum material, such as PowerPoints, videos, simulations, and assessments to be implemented across the doctor and nursing team training programs
• May provide educational demonstrations for doctors and nurses at other VEGs, including ultrasound topics, such as abdominal, thoracic, cardiac, cervical, and musculoskeletal studies 

WHAT YOU NEED

• Credentialed as a Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT/LVMT), diagnostic medical sonographer (RDMS), and/or equivalent experience (e.g., sonographer course certificates)
• 3+ years veterinary ultrasound experience
• Previous training experience and the patience to teach and develop doctors, nurses, and fellow sonographers
• Comfortable mentoring others and giving/receiving feedback from colleagues
• Adaptability to changing environments
• Excellent communicator with peers, customers, and VEGgies

As a Mentor Montessori Teacher, you will serve as an instructional coach at a Bezos Academy school within our network of high quality, tuition-free, Montessori-inspired preschools in under-resourced communities. You will coach teachers to plan, prepare, and model instructional activities that facilitate active Montessori learning experiences. You will use child-level assessment and growth data to modify instructional plans to ensure every classroom is thriving and every child is ultimately ready for kindergarten. You will bring a deep knowledge of primary (age 3-6) Montessori educational principles and practices, as well as complementary early childhood philosophies and pedagogies. You will draw upon your prior history as a strong teacher of children and collaborator with colleagues. You will facilitate learning opportunities for teachers that support the cognitive, language, social, emotional, and physical development of every child. You will mentor learners from your school in Bezos Academy’s Montessori Credential Program. You share our passion for and have experience working with students and families in low-income areas from diverse backgrounds. You will build relationships and communicate regularly with Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers to support both teacher and child development.

In this role, you will support all classrooms in a school and report directly to the Head of School. While you will not guide your own classroom, you will have a variety of responsibilities including developing and coaching Lead and Assistant Teachers, teaching directly as needed (classroom coverage), and supporting the Head of School with operational responsibilities as a member of the administrative team. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, salaried position. 
• The full salary range for this position is $64,000 - $96,000 per year. The upper third of the salary range is typically reserved for existing employees who have been in the role for multiple years and demonstrate strong performance over time. Starting salary will vary by qualifications and prior experience.
• This position offers an $8,000 sign-on bonus ($3,000 on first paycheck, $2,500 after 90 days, and $2,500 after 6 months).
• This role includes 15 paid days of vacation, 4 days of paid personal time off, and 9 paid days of sick (care) time prorated based on your position start date, as well as 9 paid holidays, 5 paid days off for an organization-wide winter break, and additional time off if required by applicable law. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree
• Primary Montessori diploma from an AMI, AMS, or other MACTE-accredited institute
• Five or more years of experience as a primary Montessori lead teacher/guide (ages 3-6), including at least three years of experience after earning a primary Montessori diploma
• Track record of driving strong child outcomes as a teacher
• Track record of generating positive outcomes from coaching and training educators
• Ability to meet all credentialing criteria (as laid out in Section 11) for lead early childhood teachers in Kentucky
• Ability to meet all additional training and eligibility requirements of Kentucky, including clearing background checks, tuberculosis tests, and so on, with required documentation of eligibility and training completion submitted to each state’s respective child care regulatory agency prior to start of employment
• Experience monitoring and maintaining accurate records on the progress of individual students
• Experience working effectively across lines of difference

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (i.e., child development, curriculum and instruction, educational technology, early childhood education, etc.)
• Knowledge of other leading early childhood philosophies and pedagogies (e.g., Reggio Emilia and Waldorf)
• Experience applying best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion across educator development programs and/or teacher training
• Comfort and confidence with various child, classroom-efficacy, and adult learning assessment methods

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the initial set up and ongoing evolution and design of the prepared environment throughout the year to meet the development needs of every child in the classroom
• Inventory and make recommendations for classroom materials for all areas of the environment
• Maintain knowledge of school and classroom routines and advise to ensure smooth, easy transitions and routines
• Develop additional lesson plans and corresponding materials in alignment with the overall curriculum with a diversity, equity, and inclusivity lens
• Model and support observation, record keeping, and assessment processes
• Use child-level assessment and growth data to evaluate child progress and to plan professional learning for teachers in your school
• As needed, independently supervise children throughout the day in classrooms and a variety of other situations, including but not limited to arrival/departure, transitions, outside time, rest/nap time, and (if offered) extended hours    
• Support teachers’ reflection and growth in instructional practice and responsibilities
• Serve in the capacity of a field consultant for teachers enrolled in Bezos Academy’s in-house Montessori credentialing program, including meeting regularly with adult learners and conducting multiple formal observations and evaluations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree (OR 4 years of Montessori Primary Lead Teacher experience in lieu of a 4-year degree)
• Two or more years of experience as a lead teacher or guide, teaching children from infancy through third grade with strong outcomes

About the Role:

The Program Manager, Content & Communications plays a critical role in enabling a luxury customer experience by developing clear, engaging, and effective content for both member services agents and members. This role is responsible for training content creation, agent-facing knowledge resources, and member-facing help content.

This role partners closely with MS Training, MS Operations, and MS Operations Excellence teams to ensure content is accurate, timely, scalable, and aligned with both operational needs and luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Agent Enablement

  • Design, develop, and maintain training materials for customer service agents, including onboarding, refresher training, process updates, and learning modules.
  • Develop refresher modules and tips/tricks series to keep tenured agents sharp and engaged
  • Translate complex policies, systems, and workflows into clear, actionable training content that supports agent confidence and performance.
  • Partner with Training and Operations leaders to identify content gaps and continuously improve learning effectiveness and agent readiness.
  • Move beyond text-heavy desks and create engaging content using videos, interactive modules, infographics, and gamified learning that caters to diverse learning styles

  Agent-Facing Knowledge & Help Content

  • Own and maintain agent-facing knowledge base articles, job aids, and standard operating procedures ensuring ease of navigation, accuracy, and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create content related to policy updates, tool enhancements, and operational changes.
  • Ensure agent-facing content is structured, standardized, and optimized for AI-powered tools to enable accurate, consistent, and context-aware support at scale while maintaining a high-quality agent & member experience.

  Member-Facing Service Content

  • Create and update member-facing content, including Help Center articles, FAQs, policy explanations, and transactional messaging to reduce friction and promote self-service
  • Ensure all member-facing content reflects the luxury brand voice while clearly setting expectations and helping reduce inbound contacts.
  • Ensure member-facing content is structured, standardized, and optimized for AI-powered tools to enable accurate, consistent, and context-aware support at scale while maintaining a high-quality member experience.

  Agent Facing Communication

  • Support internal communications and engagement initiatives within the Member Service organization, including change communications, operational updates, and recognition content.
  • Curate Flash Alerts and Reminders to ensure agents are aware of recent changes, outages, or policy shifts.

  Content Governance & Optimization

  • Establish content standards, templates, and best practices across training, agent-facing, and member-facing materials.
  • Track content performance and engagement metrics (e.g., article usage, training completion, contact drivers) and use insights to iterate and improve effectiveness.
  • Manage content calendars, updates, and version control to ensure consistency across channels and audiences.

Experience and Background Needed:

• • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for agents, internal stakeholders, and luxury consumers.
  • Experience in creating training materials, knowledge base content, or internal communications in a customer service or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Gemini, LM Notebook, Canva, Loom, Camtasia, or Articulate) to build visually compelling content and training.
