Full-Time Offline Teacher – Kuala Lumpur Branch
As a core teacher at TAL (Xueersi) Kuala Lumpur Branch, you will engage in both teaching and student activity management, with opportunities for career growth in teaching and management paths.
Participate in student recruitment activities and organize various offline events and competitions
Communicate with students and parents, designing suitable activities and courses based on their needs
Conduct offline teaching in both Chinese and English, including thorough lesson preparation and timely post-class feedback
Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages
Strong foundation in mathematics, able to teach primary and secondary math bilingually
Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm for sharing knowledge, and enjoyment of engaging with students and parents
Goal-oriented and willing to participate in innovative, from-zero-to-one style teaching projects
Base salary: Starting from RM3,000
Class hour rate: Starting from RM70/hour; competition classes paid at 1.5× the standard rate
Guaranteed salary for the first 6 months: RM4,500/month (whichever is higher between the guaranteed amount and monthly earnings

As a part-time offline teacher at TAL (Xueersi) Kuala Lumpur Branch, you will be responsible for delivering offline lessons and handling teaching-related tasks. You will also have opportunities for career growth and promotion through the teaching development track.
Deliver offline classes for assigned grade levels, with thorough lesson preparation and high-quality teaching;
Communicate with parents after class and provide timely updates on students’ learning progress;
Participate in offline training sessions during the first three months, with at least 3 days of participation per week;
After the training period, weekend classes (Saturday and/or Sunday) may be required depending on the schedule. Weekly teaching commitment remains around 3 days.
Proficient in both Chinese and English, and able to use both as working languages;
Strong mathematics foundation, capable of teaching primary and secondary school mathematics in both languages;
Excellent communication skills, willingness to share, and enjoyment of interacting with students and parents.
Class-hour rate: Starting from RM70/hour; competition classes are paid at 1.5× the standard rate;
Transportation allowance: RM500/month;
First 6 months guaranteed salary: RM4000/month (whichever is higher between the guaranteed salary and actual class-hour earnings).
