Job Details:
This is a Part-time Position, ideal for Students who are exploring the education field.
This position requires 2 days a week on site, actual date is negotiable.
Take part in our 7-Days Teaching Training Program, a hands-on learning experience covering teaching techniques, public speaking, and classroom management — all designed to help you grow and shine as an educator.
Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging online math lessons using the Think Academy Teaching Platform.
Deliver effective instruction based on Think Academy’s curriculum and teaching guidelines.
Create a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment for up to 20 students, encouraging interaction and collaborative learning.
Regularly track and evaluate student performance, offering timely and personalized feedback to both students and their parents.
Review and grade assignments, providing additional academic support when necessary.
Take part in other teaching-related tasks, such as administering diagnostic assessments for new students.

English Proficiency: Strong command of English in all areas—reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Candidates must be able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively, ensuring smooth interaction with students and colleagues.
Maths Procifiency: A minimum grade of B (or equivalent) in SPM Mathematics (or similar qualification) is required
Passion for Education: Must have a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and working with children, along with a strong sense of responsibility. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building meaningful relationships with students and parents.

As a part-time offline teacher at TAL (Xueersi) Kuala Lumpur Branch, you will be responsible for delivering offline lessons and handling teaching-related tasks. You will also have opportunities for career growth and promotion through the teaching development track.
Deliver offline classes for assigned grade levels, with thorough lesson preparation and high-quality teaching;
Communicate with parents after class and provide timely updates on students’ learning progress;
Participate in offline training sessions during the first three months, with at least 3 days of participation per week;
After the training period, weekend classes (Saturday and/or Sunday) may be required depending on the schedule. Weekly teaching commitment remains around 3 days.
Proficient in both Chinese and English, and able to use both as working languages;
Strong mathematics foundation, capable of teaching primary and secondary school mathematics in both languages;
Excellent communication skills, willingness to share, and enjoyment of interacting with students and parents.
Class-hour rate: Starting from RM70/hour; competition classes are paid at 1.5× the standard rate;
