About the Role
Selkirk Sport is expanding our Asia operations and looking for a bilingual Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing execution, quality oversight, and new product introductions across our partner factories in Vietnam and China. We are open to a strong engineer ready to step into management or a senior engineering manager with deep experience. What matters most is the ability to take technically complex projects from concept to full production with precision, ownership, and strong cross-cultural communication.
This role is the engineering and manufacturing backbone of our Asia operation. You will drive production readiness, solve technical issues on-site, collaborate closely with U.S. R&D teams, and ensure our products meet Selkirk’s uncompromising quality standards.

What you will do
As a Business Development Manager for Malaysia, you will be responsible for our international expansion by identifying and closing new business within the Malaysian market. Reporting to our Regional Sales Director, you will manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and cold calling to contract negotiations. You will act as a consultant to our clients, creating proposals that meet their needs while supporting Lighthouse’s commercial goals. This role is for a proactive individual who enjoys building a territory and providing a feedback loop between the market and our Product Development team.

THE ROLE
Our Security Operations Centre is a critical part of our Cybersecurity division’s success.
As a Senior Analyst (SOC), you will add your cybersecurity expertise in a vital delivery role to our managed detection and response services.
In this role, you will leverage the infrastructure and tools that power our Security Operations Centre (SOC) to deliver desired security outcomes for our managed services clients, with a particular focus on those in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in using security platforms such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and other advanced security technologies. You will have experience leading other analysts or sub-teams in a SOC environment and be comfortable acting as a point of escalation. As a senior analyst, you will be responsible for high-level incident management, process improvement, and mentoring junior analysts. This hybrid role involves both remote work and some in-office presence for collaboration, teamwork and development projects. In APAC we have office premises in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.
