As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead all field sales activity in your territory—spending time onsite with customers, building new relationships, and driving adoption of our end-to-end PARCS platform powered by modern AI and hardware.

This role is ideal for a high-energy, consultative seller who thrives in the field and is motivated by shaping the future of mobility and parking operations.

We are seeking candidates who are able to travel throughout Iowa, Nebraska, Wyoming, Montana, and Kansas to effectively meet with and manage accounts in these states

Travel: 80%, expect to be on-site 3-5 days a week. 

What You Will Do:

• Own and expand a defined regional territory through proactive, field-based selling and consistent onsite engagement with customers.
• Achieve and exceed quota-driving KPIs, building a healthy pipeline that converts to sustained revenue growth.
• Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan to penetrate and grow share within your territory.
• Develop, manage, and close end-to-end Parking Platform deal sales cycles: prospecting, qualifying, discovery, descope, negotiation, contracting, and handoff to implementation. Parking Platform includes our full ecosystem of parking equipment (PARCS System - Gates, cameras, Kiosks, SaaS software) and digital services (i.e. Express Pay). Anything for a parking garage. It can even include 3rd party for bumpers, painting (stripes), cleaning, etc.
• Structure commercially sound, mutually beneficial agreements that drive long-term customer value and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with property owners, operators, asset managers, and other key stakeholders.
• Prospect and generate new business while maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts.
• Conduct onsite visits, virtual meetings, and calls to uncover opportunities and support customer needs.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent our platform and expand market presence.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives and quotas.
• Produce accurate monthly reports covering performance, forecasts, and projected bookings.
• Maintain up-to-date weekly activity and pipeline forecasts.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in outside sales or business development
• College Educated or a Military Background
• Technical aptitude and experience using CRM tools (Salesforce required) plus MS and Google productivity suites.
• Parking industry experience is a plus but not required—we welcome candidates from adjacent sectors (PropTech, access control, security, smart building, mobility, solar, etc.).

Salary: 

Base is $80,000+, based on skills and experience level.

OTE is $150,000 or higher! No Cap and accelerators in place.

As our Supervisor for Emerging/SMB Accounts you will…

Manage a defined portfolio of customers, serving as a trusted advisor responsible for ensuring delivery of MERGE solutions, value realization, retention, and growth across the Emerging/SMB Accounts within your portfolio. You will develop deep knowledge of each customer’s business objectives, industry landscape, and success metrics, aligning MERGE solutions to deliver measurable impact.

This is a highly consultative role requiring strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to plan, execute, manage, and analyze detailed project plans, ensuring all work is delivered on time, on budget, and to agency and client standards, with a focus on measurable results.

You are responsible for the ongoing customer relationship post-sale and be accountable for ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes while identifying opportunities to expand MERGE solutions within these clients over time.

What You’ll Do

• Own the post-sale relationship for a defined portfolio of customers, ensuring long-term retention and growth.
• Be responsible for the overall success and health of your portfolio
• Develop and execute tailored success plans aligned to each customer’s strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong, multi-threaded relationships across business and technical stakeholders, including executive sponsors.
• Lead strategic business reviews (Account Engagement/Project Delivery Reviews) to demonstrate value realized, track performance against goals, and align on future priorities.
• Drive adoption and value realization by identifying gaps, recommending best practices, and aligning solutions to evolving customer needs.
• Proactively monitor customer health, usage trends, and engagement signals to mitigate risk and address challenges before they escalate.
• Partner closely with Partner Solutions Team on account planning, renewals, and expansion strategy, contributing to forecasting and long-term growth plans.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, synthesizing feedback and collaborating with Solution Consultants and MERGE SME’s within the Technology Solutions Group to improve customer experience and outcomes.
• Navigate complex customer environments, aligning multiple stakeholders and driving consensus toward shared success goals.
• Develop project briefs, initiate upsell initiatives of MERGE solutions as applicable 
• Ability to understand the client’s point of view along with our internal teams and know how to express those perspectives, concerns and requirements to the other party.  
• Negotiate scopes of work and drive in-line/organic growth; oversee burn reports and change of scope discussions as necessary 
• Act as a leader for the client as much as a communicator, advocate and mentor as dictated by the relationship, engagement and circumstances. 

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant work experience
• 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or a related customer-facing role in a SaaS or technology environment
• Technical working knowledge of platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore, Google, Optimizely) is required
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of accounts with responsibility for retention and growth
• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to develop account strategies and align solutions to business outcomes
• Experience conducting business reviews and presenting to leadership audiences
• Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting customer usage data, adoption trends, and performance metrics
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple complex customer relationships simultaneously
• Self-starter with a proactive, ownership mindset and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Knowledge of marketing technology, digital marketing, digital media, data platforms, content management, or customer journey solutions is a plus
• Flexibility to travel (approximately 10%)

About the role

At Gatik, we’re on a mission to revolutionize logistics with cutting-edge autonomous technology. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated self-starter to help us safely operate our 35-foot autonomous trucks, delivering dry and refrigerated cargo, collecting valuable data, and tackling any technical challenges that come our way. As an Autonomous Vehicle Operator, you'll play a key role in helping us improve the performance of our driverless vehicles while ensuring timely and safe deliveries for our customers.

Location: Springdale, Arkansas
Note: A drug test will be required for consideration.

What you'll do

• Operate Class 7 delivery vehicles (over 26,001 pounds GVWR with air brakes) in both autonomous and manual modes, keeping everyone—drivers, operators, and the public—safe.
• Start by driving vehicles manually before transitioning to autonomous operation.
• Be the face of Gatik for our clients, ensuring great customer service.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain the integrity of goods during each journey.
• Assist with loading and unloading customer goods using tools like pallet jacks, carts, dollies, and lift gates.
• Keep the dispatch team updated on your route and shift status.
• Record and review data using spreadsheets and other business applications.
• Perform daily checks to ensure the safety and readiness of trucks (fluid levels, tire pressure, etc.).
• Help with special projects like delivering trucks to new locations or testing/installing new equipment.
• Provide valuable feedback to the Operations and Engineering teams to improve vehicle performance.
• Work closely with the team to follow pickup and drop-off procedures on each route.

What we're looking for

• A valid Class A CDL driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• A clean background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record.
• Previous experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience operating box trucks up to 35 feet long.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• A meticulous, organized, and proactive mindset.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A good mechanical aptitude and basic mechanical skills.
• Automotive technician experience (preferred).
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly, bending, stooping, and climbing ladders.

Physical Requirenment

• Safely operate a Class 6 box truck in any weather and at any time of day or night during a 12-hour shift.
• Lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs (46 kg).
• Perform physical tasks like bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and using tools.
• Use equipment like wheel chocks (weighing about 40 lbs) and pallet jacks to maneuver loads up to 2,000 lbs (910 kg).
• Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (safety shoes, hard hat, gloves, etc.).
