Now hiring staff for the production of "Gran Turismo"
We have continued to produce the Gran Turismo series for over 25 years now. The biggest reason we were able to continue this for so long, is the existence of our player base, and we believe it is proof that the hard work we poured our lives into have truly resonated with them. We are proud to have brought ideas of the future into reality over the years through art and technology.

・ゲームエンジンの動作テスト
・ゲームエンジンや専用スクリプトを使ったサンプルの実装
・開発環境やゲームエンジンの仕様に関するドキュメンテーション
■ 応募資格
対象学年
・全学年
■ 必要な条件、経験
・C++でのプログラミング経験
・ゲーム製作やゲームエンジンに関心があること
■ 望ましい経験、スキル
・Unreal Engine や Unity など一般的なゲームエンジンの使用経験
・Python、C#、swift などC++以外の言語の使用経験
■ 勤務形態
・勤務時間：月～金曜日（1日最大8時間、週8時間以上）
・出勤時間：原則的に、月曜日をオフィス出勤日とします（応相談）。それ以外はリモートワーク可。
・勤務地：弊社東京オフィスあるいはリモートワーク

■求められるスキル・技術領域 / Skills and Qualifications
【必須（MUST）】
- 「コンピュータサイエンス／工学または電気/電子工学」分野の修士号／博士号
- または独学で同等の経験を有する方
- C言語、またはC++言語によるプログラミングスキル
- 最新のコンピュータアーキテクチャに関する実務経験または深い理解
- プログラミング関連
- Cuda、Pythonを使用した機械学習（AI/ML）や並列アルゴリズム開発経験
- アセンブリ言語またはCによるCPUまたはGPUシェーダーの低レベルコーディング
- AI/システム設計・最適化
- AI/MLモデル（CNN/Transformer）MLフレームワークまたはビジョンアルゴリズムや信号処理の設計・実装経験
- Linux/BSDカーネル、組み込みリアルタイムシステムまたはネットワークプロトコル設計の知識
- ハードウェア/高性能コンピューティング
- 並列処理、グラフィックスレンダリング、高性能コンピューティングの経験
- CPU/GPU/SoCのマイクロアーキテクチャ設計または、システム性能の最適化技術やコンパイラ技術の活用経験
- Game Engine関連
- Unity、Unreal Engineなどのゲームエンジンでの開発経験
- ゲームエンジンを活用したシステム設計やプロトタイピングの経験
- コミュニケーション
- 英語での業務遂行能力
- 技術革新に対して強い興味を持ち、挑戦を楽しめる方
- 課題を解決する技術的な仮説を立て、それを具体的なアーキテクチャ構想に落とし込める方
