About the Role

As a Verkada Field Marketing Manager you are an essential part of the Japan marketing and regional field sales organization. You will define the solutions focus areas, strategic direction and marketing and demand generation needs to create pipeline. You will work with partners to develop a best-in-class ecosystem of security expertise. And you will drive and insure customer success, engagement and loyalty in key accounts across your region.

What You'll Do

• Act as the local representative for marketing in your region
• Work with your Growth lead to develop and plan the overall regional marketing plan to meet customer, demand generation, growth, and revenue objectives for your region. This involves collaborating with sales, external influencers, channel partners, the JAPAC Demand Gen Hub, and your marketing peers.
• Execute best-in-class region and local language campaigns, both direct and with partners. This includes thought leadership, trade shows, lunch & learns, technical hands-on workshops, roundtables, webinars, top account marketing, and other tactics as appropriate.
• Execute account based marketing programs on behalf of sales, and demonstrate to reps how they can execute program elements on their own
• Drive local, high touch, thought leadership and customer executive collaboration and community on the topic of physical security and the cloud. 
• Advise the corporate and in theatre demand generation hub as they develop, plan, execute, and measure supporting, highly impactful demand generation and marketing campaigns
• Work with top partners to develop their overall marketing and customer engagement approach
• Closely track budgets, lead flow and follow-up, and results against goals. Communicate status, action items, results, and deliverables across marketing and sales.

About the Role

The Technical Trainer is responsible for rapidly enabling new and existing Technical Support Engineers to deliver high-quality, technically accurate, and culturally effective support for Veeam Backup & Replication v13 and Veeam Data Cloud (VDC) products.

This role bridges deep technical expertise, structured troubleshooting methodology, and Japanese customer-handling excellence, ensuring engineers are release-ready, log-literate, and customer-confident at all times.

What You’ll Do

Technical Product Training 

• Design and deliver structured onboarding and advanced training for: VBR v13 architecture, features, workflows, and best practices, VDC platform capabilities, deployment models, and limitations
• Translate complex product behavior into support-ready mental models for new engineers
• Ensure engineers can confidently explain “why”, not just “how”, to customers

Troubleshooting & Log Analysis Training

• Deliver hands-on training on: Systematic troubleshooting methodologies, Advanced log analysis (“log diving”) for VBR and VDC, Identifying root cause vs. symptom

• Analyze real case data to: Identify common handling gaps, Reinforce best practices, Reduce reopens, delays, and customer friction 

Japanese Customer Handling & Soft Skills Training

We’re looking for Bilingual Enterprise Customer Support Advocate, fluent in English and Japanese, to help us assist our highest valued Enterprise customer accounts with prompt, friendly and accurate help through any medium or channel. As a Senior Security Analyst on the Information Security Trust team, you will support the implementation of a continuously evolving governance, risk, and compliance program (GRC) supporting our enterprise and products. 1. 4. Coordinate the preparation, review and filing of CMC sections of regulatory submissions and support interactions with regional regulatory agencies. 
5. Coordinate and oversee the preparation of regulatory CMC submission documentation to ensure that it is prepared with appropriate quality and within agreed timelines, in order to meet regional regulatory requirements and corporate objectives. 
6. Maintain and manage a centralized archive for tracking and monitoring the status of regulatory CMC commitments and agency reporting obligations, and prepare, generate and communicate status reports and other communication to the organization. 
7. Provide strategic and technical CMC regulatory support, guidance and expertise, and serve as the Regulatory Affairs Japan point of contact for CMC matters to global and cross-functional teams including Pharmaceutical Development, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, contract organizations and consultants. The Senior Manager, Quality Assurance Japan, supports the Head of Quality Assurance Japan and leads day to day QA operations to sustain product launch and commercial activities. Partnering with CMC Quality, QC, Technical Operations, and Supply Chain, the role ensures operations aligned with Japanese GMP and GQP—while considering related GDP guidelines, GCP, and PV requirements—and supports the establishment of the local QA support model and supply chain model, providing technical assistance as needed. 

Work Model:

Remote: Officially documented as working full-time from home, with travel to Ultragenyx's offices or other locations on occasion as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Under the direction of the Head of Quality Assurance Japan, lead day‑to‑day execution of QA activities and contribute to on‑time completion.  
2. Support compliance with internal policies, SOPs, industry standards (GMP/GQP/GDP), and PMDA/MHLW notifications and guidance; support inspection readiness, day‑of activities, and drafting post‑inspection responses. 
3. Perform batch disposition (product release) in accordance with Japanese GQP requirements and support communications with regulators on quality matters. 
4. Oversee domestic product testing and visual inspection results, and promptly report any manufacturing, quality control, or product quality issues identified during batch disposition activities to the General Marketing Compliance Officer, the Head of Quality Assurance Japan, and relevant stakeholders. 
5. Author, revise, and implement SOPs and quality documents; support operation and continuous improvement of the QMS in line with corporate standards. 
6. Collaborate with CMC QA, QC, Technical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to ensure a safe, uninterrupted, and effective supply of products that meets patient and regulatory expectations. 
7. Execute and drive quality processes such as change management, deviations/CAPA, product quality complaint investigations, and product recall activities in collaboration with Global Quality. 
8. Draft and manage Quality Technical Agreements and, ensure their effective implementation, including support for GxP audits and supplier quality oversight of contracted partners such as CMOs, contract testing laboratories, and distributors.  
9. Provide QA support for artwork management and facilitate Japanese–English communications between domestic partners and global technical team. 
10. Participate in external collaborations to stay current with domestic policies, practices, and regulatory guidance, and work with CMC Leads and Portfolio Management to support effective project planning and execution. Perform other duties as assigned, as needed. 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in a scientific discipline such as Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry. 
2. At least 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, including at least 5 years in a quality organization within a regulated industry. 
3. Experience in product lifecycle management, with an understanding of development through commercialization for small molecules, biologics, and advanced therapies (e.g., gene therapy and mRNA). 
4. In-depth understanding of Japanese GMP and GQP regulations, GDP guidelines, and PMDA/MHLW laws, ordinances, and notifications. 
5. Experience in negotiating and managing quality agreements, as well as vendor relationship and performance management. 
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within cross functional teams. 
7. Proficiency in the use of risk assessment and root cause analysis (RCA) tools. 
8. Experience applying quality systems and requirements across preclinical, clinical, and commercial stages.

The Team Lead, Japan HAPI Program owns the day-to-day execution and performance of the Japan HAPI reservations program. This role provides hands-on operational leadership for contractor management, workflow oversight, quality assurance, compliance, escalation prevention, and service quality for Japanese partners, with particular focus on key brands and high-sensitivity accounts. About the Role

Responsibilities

• Support SW Design Engineers in development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improve software for our semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Able to triage mechanical, electrical and software bugs
• Responsible to manage escalation calls with field support engineers and customers at local level
• Work with QA / Support team to add replicated bugs to regression
• Work with customer to write correct specs for features and help with fixing bugs and develop small features if possible
• Author, revise, and review system specifications, software designs, test plans, and other software documentation.
• Investigate & troubleshoot both internal and external inquiries, questions and problem reports. Offer problem analysis, solutions, or alternatives as a result of these investigations.
• Participate in system design teams.
• Be the eyes and ears of the customer, align on priorities

Minimum Qualifications

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior Google stakeholders (CMMs / PA Leads and their -1s), providing insights and recommendations that directly map to Google’s business priorities.
• Translate business goals and market realities into media priorities, opportunities, and clear actions.
• Challenge the status quo constructively: improve briefs, strategy, plans, and operations with better, actionable alternatives.

Strategic Planning & Industry-Leading Thinking

• Lead strategic planning across initiatives, ensuring every campaign solves a defined business problem and is designed with measurable outcomes.
• Deliver “outside-in” POVs: bring best practices, competitive intelligence, and emerging platform/consumer trends into actionable recommendations and next steps.
• Drive test-and-learn frameworks and ensure learnings are documented and scaled.

• Navigate seamlessly across Google local, regional, and global stakeholders, and across the wider WPP network.
• Bring the best of regional/global practices into Japan at consistent quality; export Japan successes as repeatable playbooks where applicable.
• Activate the full WPP ecosystem (not just media) when needed to solve broader business challenges (e.g., data/measurement, creative technology, commerce, analytics).

Executive Influence & Stakeholder Leadership

• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive readouts with clear narratives: performance, implications, trade-offs, decisions required, and next steps.

• Establish stakeholder map and operating cadence across WPP Media, MFG, MFG Regional, and Google.
• Create a clear picture of demand, dependencies, risks, and resourcing needs; develop initial POV on financial health, utilization, and optimization opportunities.

In 6 Months

• Earn trust across Planning, Activation, Strategy, Investment, Analytics, Ad Operations, and Business Operations through consistent quality and clarity.
• Deliver actionable outside-in POVs and elevate planning outputs (including use of AI where appropriate).
• Run disciplined governance: clear ownership, QA gates, risk management, and predictable delivery.
• Successfully lead QBRs with strong executive storytelling and clear decision asks.

Role Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in media planning, buying, and strategy, with a strong focus on digital.
• Experience leading large, complex clients; technology sector experience strongly preferred.

Role Overview

As a Software Support Engineer (SSE) at ASM, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability of our software in customer environments and developing customer-specific solutions. You will work closely with field teams and customers to identify and resolve issues quickly, support host automation, and contribute to feature development based on customer specification

Key Responsibilities (in order of priority)

1. Customer Software Reliability

   • Rapidly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues in customer environments.

About the Role:

Butlr is seeking a Technical Project Manager (Contract) based in Japan to lead the execution of on-site sensor deployments and coordinate cross-functional activities from pre-sales through post-installation. This individual contributor role is pivotal to delivering high-quality, timely, and cost-effective projects while serving as the bridge between sales, operations, and the customer.

As the Project Manager, you’ll scope projects, manage installation planning, oversee on-site execution, and ensure client satisfaction. You’ll also contribute to improving internal processes and documenting best practices to strengthen our global deployment capabilities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, technical installations, or field operations.
• Strong technical aptitude; familiarity with IoT, sensors, mesh networks, or smart building technologies.
• Ability to interpret architectural floor plans and construction documents.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience interfacing directly with customers and executive stakeholders.
• Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in managing contractors, timelines, and budgets in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently and solving problems on-site.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills; coding/API familiarity is a plus.

• Own end-to-end project execution in Japan, from pre-sales scoping to post-installation QA.
• Review architectural floor plans and site documentation to support quoting and planning.
• Collaborate with Sales to define technical requirements and accurately scope deployments.
• Plan and manage resources—including internal teams, external contractors, and material logistics—for on-site installations.
• Execute installations on-site as needed, including Wi-Fi setup, ceiling mounting, and system calibration.
• Identify and troubleshoot on-site issues such as RF interference, network limitations, or mechanical constraints.
• Support the sales cycle through technical requirement scoping, prospective buyer meetings, solution review sessions, and the deployment approval process.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Ensure all targets are met and/or exceeded including quality standards and on-time and on-budget deliveries.
• Contribute to and improve installation SOPs, training documentation, and internal playbooks.
