職務概要

このポジションでは、ASMの半導体製造装置に搭載されるソフトウェアの信頼性向上と、顧客固有のニーズに対応するカスタマイズ開発を担当します。現場での課題解決を通じて、顧客満足度の向上と製品品質の維持に貢献していただきます。

主な業務内容（優先順位順）

1. 顧客向けソフトウェアの信頼性向上

   • 顧客現場で発生するソフトウェアの不具合を迅速に特定・修正
   • フィールドエンジニアやQAチームと連携し、再現性のあるバグを回帰テストに追加
   • 顧客装置のソフトウェアアップグレードと検証支援

2. 顧客固有の機能開発・カスタマイズ対応

   • 顧客仕様書のレビューと技術的なフィードバック
   • 小規模な機能追加や改善の設計・実装
   • 顧客との仕様調整および要件定義支援

3. 現場サポートおよびデータ収集

   • ホストオートメーション（オンライン接続）の技術支援
   • フィールド装置からのログ・データ収集と分析
   • エスカレーション対応および技術的な問題解決

応募資格（必須）

• 優れた分析力と問題解決能力
• C++、C#などの汎用プログラミング言語によるソフトウェア開発経験
• コードの読解力とIDE／デバッガを用いたステップ実行スキル

歓迎する経験・スキル

• コンピュータサイエンス／コンピュータエンジニアリング等の学位
• ソフトウェア問題解決に関する10年以上の実務経験
• 以下のいずれかの経験がある方を歓迎：
  • 半導体装置を含む機械制御ソフトウェアの開発
  • WindowsおよびリアルタイムOSでの開発
  • マルチスレッド／リアルタイムアプリケーション
  • GUI開発
  • デバイスドライバや割り込み処理ソフトウェア
  • ネットワーク通信、EtherCAT
  • デッドロック回避を含む複雑なスケジューリングアルゴリズム
  • ソフトウェア開発ツール（デバッガ、構成管理ツールなど）の使用経験
  • API仕様書や通信インターフェース仕様の理解力
