The Clearing Department is responsible for critical post-trade functions for global equities, derivatives, commodities, fixed-income, forex and other investment securities. These functions include electronic trade and position reconciliation, inventory management, settlement operations and client account transfers. The Opportunity
This role is responsible for expanding the supply of non-hotel accommodations in Japan, strengthening partner relationships, and improving the quality of Homes supply. The ideal Area Manager, Homes Supply has experience in the homes, hotel, or travel industry—especially online travel —and will manage accommodation partners to unlock opportunities for mutual business growth.
The role includes sourcing and acquiring new supply, maintaining and optimizing existing relationships, and combining on-the-ground insights with data analysis to uncover strategic opportunities. You will communicate key findings to internal and external stakeholders and contribute to projects such as developing a host community network to accelerate supply growth. Key responsibilities of the role include managing relationships with our key supply partners in the Japanese markets, including ensuring we obtain the best prices and availability for our customers.
This position is based in our Tokyo office. You will work closely with colleagues across regional and central teams, including teams in Thailand, South Korea, Taiwan, and more.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to drive the supply health of the assigned portfolio
Grow the business through targeted sourcing of new accommodation partners
Optimize existing supply by offering products to match market demands, improving business performance for accommodation partners, as well as ensuring we receive competitive rates and availability for our customers
Build trusted relationships with decision makers; use a consultative approach to increase engagement with Agoda’s programs
Report weekly/monthly KPIs and key metrics internally to showcase successes and highlight potential opportunities
Support Agoda Homes’ regional and global leadership in executing scalable initiatives/projects to drive Homes business growth
Assist in developing a community of hosts, host events, and attend relevant events in the market
Prepare materials to aid in growing our business during partner meetings
Consolidate feedback from hosts to understand product gaps and feature requests

THE ROLE
EverPure is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join the Sales team in Osaka. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to pilot the sales & adoption of our EverPURE solutions with prospects and existing customers in the Enterprise Accounts space. You collaborate with customers in Osaka to understand their business goals, their pain points, and propose creative solutions in collaboration with our key alliance partners. You will own the local enablement execution layer for Japan so that APJ selling skills programmes are fully localised, delivered well, reinforced by local leaders, and adopted in the field with credibility and consistency. This role ensures that APJ skills development design becomes real in Japan – local, usable, reinforced, and adopted. You will work closely with Japan sales leaders, managers, and sellers to understand business priorities, identify capability gaps, and co‑create enablement that improves pipeline quality, win rates, deal velocity, and seller confidence. You will play a key role in designing, localising, and delivering programs that are relevant to the Japan market, leveraging AI tools to scale and personalise content and learning experiences. You will partner with the Global Enablement team while acting as the Japan voice of the field, ensuring that global frameworks, methodologies, and content translate into practical, high‑impact experiences for Japan.
You will report to the Sales Enablement Leader and be based in the Everpure Tokyo Office, and your primary sales audience scope will be the local AE, PAM, SE, PTM populations as relevant to the country plan as well as the local sales leaders who must inspect and coach.

Strong public sector domain knowledge across central ministries/agencies, independent administrative agencies, municipalities, and education/healthcare; understanding of decision processes and constraints a plus.
Government procurement/tender experience including RFx (RFI/RFP), specs support, compliance matrices, Q&A, bid presentations, and evaluation support a plus.
Partner ecosystem collaboration with SI partners, cloud providers, and ISVs; ability to align technical architectures with commercial motions.
Pre-sales experience is required: 5 or more years of relevant experience, mixed among technology, design, and communications required.
Experience supporting the sales of enterprise storage, networking, systems, cloud, or software to enterprise accounts preferred
Deep understanding of the architecture, design and implementation of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions
Prior experience in targeting new prospects and converting them into clients
Contribute significant portions and/or lead responses to RFPs, RFQs and RFIs
Superior knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN)Linux, NFS file systems and Linux distributed network environment
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP a plusInstallation/configuration of distributed computing, multiprocessing, virtual memory subsystem, storage subsystems architecture, shared memory architectures, cache architectures, windowing systems
Familiarity with containers, k8s and microservices architectures a plusStrong knowledge of digital transformation to a Cloud Native architecture, On-Prem, Public Cloud, Provisioning Automation, and Containers
Knowledge of VMware, Local Area Networking, Ethernet, TCP/IP and general networkingExcellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
BS in CS, EE or other technical degree and/or equivalent experience
Must have a familiarity with modern web architecture a plus (LAMP stack, scale-out vs scale-up architectures, AWS well-architected framework, microservices architecture)
Curiosity and passion around technology and explaining and showing new technology platforms and concepts to customers
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Tokyo office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Technical Infrastructure Mastery: Deep hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, encompassing storage solutions, container platforms (such as Kubernetes), and operational automation via scripting or ITSM integrations.
Strategic Communication & Influence: Advanced skills in facilitation, negotiation, and conflict management, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment and bridge technical and executive perspectives.
Bilingual Proficiency: Native-level Japanese and business-level English (written and verbal) communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration between local Japanese customers and international APJ teams.
Solution-Oriented Leadership: A track record of managing complex projects and tasks with a result-oriented mindset, focused on building long-term professional relationships and solving difficult technical problems.

THE ROLE

Role Purpose

THE ROLE
The Field Solution Architect (FSA) is the regional business and technical leader for a specific workload, responsible for driving strategy, execution, and measurable business impact and growth for that workload across the assigned geo. Acting as a Workload Business Owner, the FSA combines deep technical expertise with cross-functional leadership to grow the pipeline, accelerate bookings, and strengthen Everpure’s ecosystem.
The FSA partners closely with district and regional Sales, Sales Engineering, Global Partner Organization, and Marketing leadership to shape and execute go-to-market strategies for their assigned workload. Through annual planning cycles, quarterly sales reviews (QSRs), and ongoing GTM alignment, the FSA advises leadership on market opportunity, customer priorities, and competitive dynamics. By adding workload-specific insights into regional and district strategies, the FSA ensures growth opportunities are clearly represented, prioritized, and translated into actionable plans that drive pipeline creation, bookings, and sustained adoption.
The role requires strong technical depth in Artificial Intelligence, Analytics and/or high performance computing along with a solid understanding of the surrounding ecosystem. Curious and proactive, the FSA drives enablement, knowledge sharing, and new opportunity development to expand Everpure’s impact across the region.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the business success of your workload across APJ. Operate with a business development mindset and partner with regional GTM leadership to drive structured annual planning, and alignment across sales, SE, marketing and partner organizations.
Activities:
Take ownership for integrating your solution strategy into the top strategic account Technical Account Plans, ensuring clear actions that drive expansion and sustained workload growth.The FSA acts as a trusted advisor and workload strategist, partnering with account teams, alliance partners, to uncover insights that shape Everpure’s positioning and accelerate workload adoption, pipeline generation, bookings growth.
Be the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned workload demonstrating mastery of both the technology and the sales motion. Align workload strategies and architectures with Everpure Storage’s unique strengths to drive differentiation, technical wins, and measurable customer outcomes.
Act as the voice and advocate of your workload across Everpure, partners, and the broader ecosystem. Build a strong technical community that amplifies Everpure’s message, strengthens partner capability, and drives mutual success across alliances and the channel.
The FSA proactively engages on key opportunities to drive technical wins and contribute to solution design in strategic deals, participating in regional deal reviews when aligned to their solution domain. Operational excellence is measured through consistent execution, data hygiene, and active field leadership that directly supports technical wins and workload growth.
The role is accountable for maintaining clear, timely, and accurate SFDC updates, including opportunity details and specialist notes, for all engagements. These activities are measured and reviewed as part of the FSA’s overall performance to ensure sustained pipeline quality, execution discipline, and scalable success.

Purpose

Roblox is seeking a Brand Designer based on site in Tokyo, to support Growth Marketing across APAC. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high quality, thoughtfully crafted design at scale. The designer will work closely with marketers, agencies, and business partners to translate briefs into strategically aligned, creatively compelling work that represents Roblox across regional marketing surfaces.
The role requires managing the full design process from concept through production, including briefing internal and external agencies, guiding feedback, and ensuring final asset delivery. A key part of the work is producing a consistent volume of creative, with a target of six or more concepts per month, inclusive of multiple aspect ratios and localization for markets such as Japan and Korea.
In addition to creation, this role carries responsibility for reviewing and refining assets to ensure they are culturally relevant, appropriate, and effective across diverse APAC audiences. Strong attention to detail, collaboration, and an ability to operate at speed without compromising quality will be critical to success. This role requires you to speak and write Japanese natively, and preferably has an ability to write and speak Korean.
