Summary: This role involves providing the highest level of technical expertise and consulting on SAP Basis or SAP Web Application Server systems. The individual will establish infrastructure standards, evaluate system enhancements, and ensure quality assurance. The role also encompasses research and implementation of solutions for performance monitoring, tuning, and systems configuration, design, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert consulting on SAP Basis or SAP Web Application Server systems to process teams and IT staff.
- Establish infrastructure standards and requirements for SAP systems.
- Evaluate, direct, and support system enhancements for SAP Basis and Web Application Server.
- Perform quality assurance functions for SAP systems.
- Research and implement solutions for system performance monitoring and tuning.
- Design and implement systems configuration for SAP functionalities.
- Provide technical engineering support to the SAP team.
- Act as a project leader or subject matter expert on projects/issues of medium to high complexity.
- Coach and mentor junior technical staff.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of IT work experience in building enterprise applications.
- At least 2 years of experience with SAP systems.
- Extensive experience in operating systems and programming languages, such as ABAP, Java, and J2EE.
- Demonstrated knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments.

PVM, Inc. is looking for a skilled and experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will partner with implementation teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced technical solutions that address our customers' most complex challenges. As an FSR Analyst, you will work directly with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, and create innovative use cases. Whether supporting users on-site worldwide or collaborating with colleagues in our offices, you will be instrumental in driving success and delivering meaningful results.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one desk-side training to analysts.
- Conduct classroom training sessions for analysts and operators.
- Support the Help Desk by addressing user inquiries and collaborating with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.
- Provide the engineering team with user feedback to enhance the product.
Requirements
- Minimum of Secret Clearance
- Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
- Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required. Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
Tools
- Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well hardware, networks, and server administration.
- Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java and/or JavaScript/Typescript.
- Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required. Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Excel
Skills
