We’re hiring a Assistant General Manager at ourTooling rental facility in Jacksonville, FL, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. Tooling Solutions branches offer industrial tooling rentals, including power tools, pneumatic tools, hand tools, and more. Customers benefit from our tech-enabled tool tracking, site-wide communication solutions, and expert services, including tool testing, repair, and certification. We also offer consumables and industrial supplies to accompany job sites, along with communication solutions to keep projects connected.
EquipmentShare is more than just a rental company. With our proprietary T3 technology, we’re transforming how construction companies manage their equipment and operations by providing real-time insights into fleet availability, usage, and performance.
Build an awesome team by hiring and developing amazing people. Conduct reviews and performance evaluations as necessary to produce positive results. Train employees and help them improve their skills. Provide guidance in areas that may need improvement or correction and provide documentation toward these efforts.
Manage operations to maximize the financial success of the branch. Conduct monthly profit and loss reviews to understand the business and business trends, identify areas for improvement and future revenue opportunities.
Monitor metrics including, but not limited to: equipment utilization; underperforming assets; warranty recovery; billed mechanical hours; aged receivables and customer satisfaction.
Effectively communicate information to your team and management.
Establish reasonable and measurable goals with well defined expectations for team members.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.

We’re looking for people who:
A minimum of 5 years rental industry experience, preferably in a management role
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and people management skills

Do you like working in construction or home improvement, but want better hours, pay, and benefits and also stable, full-time employment? Are you looking for an opportunity to work within a growing company?
Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader seeking full-time Commercial Fence Installer for immediate hire. Typical work week is Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm. Work consists of completing fence repairs, fence warranty and install completions that include completing all administrative tasks associated. All tools will be provided. Full benefits including health insurance and 401k are offered. Pay starts from $20-23 per hour, depending on experience. Please note that all offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing drug testing and background check.
Job Responsibilities:
Install commercial-grade fencing systems (wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain link, etc.) according to project specifications and safety standards.
Interpret and work from blueprints, site plans, and project layouts with minimal supervision.
Ensure timely completion of daily assignments and report progress to the Field Operations Leader.
Identify and resolve issues on-site, making adjustments as needed to meet customer and code requirements.
Complete warranty and repair work promptly to reduce backlog and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the scheduling team to organize repairs and warranty service calls.
Support and train team members on commercial installation techniques and company standards.
Perform regular vehicle checks and assist with fleet maintenance tasks.
Maintain professional interactions with customers, vendors, and co-workers on job sites.
Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures and ensure team compliance.
Participate in ongoing training and provide feedback to improve installation quality and efficiency.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Minimum requirements:
Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Reliable personal transportation
Previous experience installing and repairing commercial fencing systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable supervising team members and providing on-the-job guidance
Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic computer proficiency (emails, scheduling software, reporting tools)
Commitment to safety, quality, and superior customer service
Positive, team-first attitude and a willingness to grow with the company
