Your Role:
Tenable's global CTO group is seeking a Staff Vulnerability Researcher. In this role, you will research various platforms and services to uncover 0-day vulnerabilities in major cloud providers, AI platforms, and technologies. You will lead innovation, solve complex problems, and develop strategies for both attacking and defending cloud and AI environments.
Furthermore, you will be in charge of fostering and spreading Tenable's global CTO group's technical expertise. You will present your novel work at conferences and author papers and blogs. You will also build open-source cloud and AI security tools and solutions.

Your Opportunity:
- Investigate and analyze the multi-cloud stack and AI models to find 0-day vulnerabilities, security holes, weaknesses, and design flaws
- Follow emerging security threats, author blogs about novel research, publish content, and speak at conferences
- Conduct technical research on cloud and AI platforms to yield new insights, theories, analyses, TTPs
- Serve as a technical leader and contributor for a research team exploring emerging cloud and AI technologies and services
What You'll Need:
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity research, vulnerability research, or offensive security
- Previous work experience in finding vulnerabilities and publishing research findings
- Experience with and knowledge of high-level systems, web applications, and application security
- Highly motivated, great self-learner, curious, responsible and independent
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
And Ideally:
- Previous experience in presenting your work at industry conferences
- Experience with Kubernetes and container technology
- Solid programming skills in at least one language (C, C++, Python, GO, Rust)
- B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent professional background
- Experience with data/security analysis
- Experience with and knowledge of cloud environment architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Key Responsibilities:
Personal Support:
- Household Management: Coordinate household staff, maintenance schedules, and oversee personal projects.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and manage personal and family travel, including accommodations, itineraries, and reservations.
- Personal Errands: Handle daily errands and personal tasks as needed.
- Finance Management: Assist with managing personal finances, including bill payments, expense tracking, and liaising with financial advisors.
- Schedule Management: Maintain and organize the CEO’s business calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Email & Communication: Manage the CEO’s inbox, respond to emails, and handle communication on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure the CEO is well-prepared.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book business travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Document Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Discretion: High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and scheduling software.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and changing priorities with grace and efficiency.
- Flexibility - This is a part-time position (50%), with flexible working hours.
