About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer (SDET) at Securiti Sciences, to join our team and drive quality excellence from concept to delivery. In this role, you'll go beyond traditional Developer or QA, leveraging your understanding of system architecture and data flow to make strategic automation decisions (API vs. UI), identify issues at scale, and champion quality improvements across the entire SDLC. If you're ready to be a technical consultant and enabler of quality, not just application developer or a defect detector, we want to hear from you!

- Design and implement robust automation strategies (API, UI, etc.)
- Analyze system architecture and data flows to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed quality upstream
- Drive continuous improvement in our development processes
What You’ll Bring
- Strong programming skills and experience with automation frameworks
- Understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures
- A proactive mindset and passion for quality excellence
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of work experience in software test engineering preferably at an enterprise SaaS organization where you were responsible for application and/or security testing of web application and/or network applications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS is desirable but we will consider other candidates with strong and relevant work experience

About the Role
The Associate SDET is primarily responsible for understanding the software’s functionality and ensuring that automated tests run smoothly. They work under the guidance of senior members to learn the codebase and automation framework.
What you'll do:
- Write and maintain basic automated test scripts (UI and API)
- Execute manual tests when automation is not yet available
- Document bugs with clear reproduction steps and collaborate with developers on fixes
- Perform regression testing to ensure new code hasn't broken existing features
What you'll bring:
- Basic proficiency in a programming language (Java, Python, C#), familiarity with testing tools (Selenium, Playwright), and an understanding of the SDLC.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science

What you'll do
- Design and build advanced, scalable applications written in Kotlin, Java and Kotlin Multiplatform.
- Work with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements and use cases and translate them into pragmatic and effective technical solutions.
- Integrate with our backend services to make sure we are delivering a great
mobile user experience that is super-fast for end users. - Own end-to-end product modules and features from requirements to going live.
- Design and review code, troubleshoot and act as a consultant to your peers on technical matters.
- Gather requirements by interacting directly with the end-users and advocate delightful user experiences.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Participate in team agile and engineering practices and lead their continuous evolution.
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of Android application development with extensive use of Kotlin Multi Platform and well-known DI frameworks.
- Experience building well architected applications that follow well established design patterns independently and without supervision.
- Good understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Strong understanding of interactive application development paradigm under Android, memory management, file I/O, network programming, concurrency and multithreading and publishing Android apps in the Play Store.
- Experience working with remote teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software against aggressive schedules.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, formal and informal).
- Reactive programming (Rx, ReactiveCocoa, ReactiveSwift etc.) experience is a big plus.
- Experience in Navigation based applications is a big plus.
