About the Role:
Motive is looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Global Technical Support organization to provide white-glove service, technical support, and executive-level communications to our customers. In this role, you will be focused on driving technical excellence and delivering a seamless support experience for Motive’s most strategic and complex enterprise customers. This role centers on leading the resolution of high-impact technical challenges, serving as the primary point of escalation for the team, and building trusted relationships with customers through expert guidance and advocacy. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, your workday is focused on a group of high-priority clients who recognize and relate to you as their central point of contact for Motive’s product support issues, including proactive technical support, upcoming feature consultation, issue escalation, training recommendations, and communicating procedural and status updates on the customer’s environment. You act as the customer advocate as you work closely with engineering, product management, and other key areas to innovate and improve performance around product requirements, enhancements, process improvements, and industry best practices.

About the Role:
The role of an Associate Manager is to ensure the well-being and development of all employees to support the organization's goals. As a core leader, you will be responsible for motivating, encouraging, and supporting line management (pod leadership) in every aspect to enable the team to succeed. The primary duty will be to lead all the efforts driving the team of 100+ employees and strategically enable their performance by running multiple programs simultaneously.
Additionally, you will be managing the performance, growth, and efficiency of the line managers and facilitating them to unlock the team's potential. Building strategies around performance management such as building the KPIs (key performance indicators) for all roles, identifying both low and high performers, and recognizing top performers while building a Performance Improvement Plan for low performers to help them achieve the minimum bar we set through KPIs will also be a crucial responsibility.
Apart from these, you will be working with multiple department directors, internal managers, and other stakeholders, including HR, Benefits, Product, Compliance, Safety, and all the engineering teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with the company's goals and values. You will also identify and implement best practices to improve employee engagement, productivity, and overall team performance.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and legal requirements will be another responsibility. As a Senior Manager, Commercial Account Management, you will lead a team responsible for fast-growing accounts that sit between SMB and Mid-Market, often requiring more nuanced account management strategies. Motive is looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Global Technical Support organization to provide white-glove service, technical support, and executive-level communications to our customers. In this role, you will be adept at both building relationships and resolving issues. As a Technical Account Manager, your workday is focused on a proactive review of a group of customers along with providing coaching and assistance to Technical Support Engineers for customers in your assigned segment. Additionally, you will be proactively working on technical support cases, upcoming feature consultation, issue escalation, training recommendations, and communicating procedural and status updates on the customer’s environment. You'll excel at solving problems quickly and efficiently and have a keen focus on finding a root cause to even the most obscure problem. You act as the customer advocate as you work closely with engineering, product management, and other key areas to innovate and improve performance around product requirements, enhancements, process improvements, and industry best practices.

About the Role:
Join Motive as a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II and play a key role in driving innovation, efficiency, and scale across our Sales Operations function. You’ll act as a strategic partner to Sales and GTM leaders, using data, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to unlock performance across the revenue organization.

What You’ll Do:
Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales performance, funnel metrics, and operational KPIs to support decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in Business Strategy, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Intelligence.
Strong technical skills in Google Sheets / Excel and Salesforce; experience with SQL, Tableau, or Looker is preferred.
Strong analytical chops and a detail-oriented mindset — you love getting into the data and spotting patterns.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complexity into clear, actionable insights.
A proactive, adaptable approach to problem-solving in a fast-moving environment.
Experience working with sales teams or GTM strategy in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
Familiarity with forecasting, lead routing, or territory management.
