About the Role

We’re seeking a technically fluent Customer Engineer to join our Engineering organization and serve as a critical link between Engineering and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Enablement.

This role is embedded within the Development organization, and focuses on helping the GTM teams understand, configure, and support deployments of our Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) platform. While the role is not directly customer-facing, it requires a deep understanding of the product and underlying technologies to ensure field teams are well-supported during pre-sales and post-sales phases.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical foundation who wants to stay close to the technology, without being in a traditional coding role.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a technical liaison between the Engineering team and GTM teams (Sales Engineering, Professional Services, etc.), enabling them with the product knowledge, tooling, setup and deployment support they need.
• Work closely with Engineering to understand new features, deployment requirements, and system behaviors, and translate them into actionable documentation, enablement content, demo environments and tooling for internal teams.
• Assist in internal setup and deployment of DSPM components (Kubernetes-based microservices, data connectors, APIs), and help validate internal staging/demo environments.
• Help develop internal technical resources such as playbooks, integration guides, architecture diagrams, and field enablement materials.
• Support the Go-to-Market team with API usage, scripting (e.g., Python), and basic troubleshooting, particularly during proof-of-concept or pilot phases.
• Read, interpret, and sometimes modify basic code or configuration files to help debug issues or support integration efforts.
• Validate deployment workflows across cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and ensure alignment with field practices.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role within an engineering or product-focused organization (e.g., dev support, sales enablement, QA, technical consulting).
• Strong understanding of modern cloud-native stacks, including:
  - Kubernetes and containerized services
  - Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  - Data infrastructure (e.g., SQL, data lakes, data warehouses)
• Comfort with basic scripting in languages like Python or shell scripting for automating setup, working with APIs, or testing integrations.
• Ability to read and understand application code (e.g., Python, YAML, or JSON configurations) to support basic troubleshooting and deployment workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize technical concepts for internal enablement and cross-functional understanding.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with DSPM, CSPM, or adjacent data security and privacy tools
• Prior experience in Sales Engineering enablement, solution delivery, or product support roles.

About the Role

We are looking for a privacy and AI compliance professional to support regulatory research, legal analysis, and the operationalization of global privacy and AI requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and drafting skills with an interest in evolving global privacy and AI regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Build subject matter expertise on global data privacy and AI laws, as well as Securiti privacy modules. 
• Maintain, update, and enhance regulatory research and legal knowledge databases,and indentify gaps and propose product improvements. 
• Independently own regulatory interpretation for assigned jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks. 
• Advise product, engineering, marketing, compliance, and executive teams on privacy and AI legal requirements and best practices for compliance (e.g., cookie banners, DSR/DSAR forms, compliance management, privacy notices). 
• Draft, review, and edit high-quality knowledge center articles, solution pages, blogs, legal opinions, and marketing collateral; ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. 
• Support the implementation of data privacy and AI compliance features in products by translating regulatory requirements into product specifications and collaborating with development and product teams. 
• Actively participate in customer enablement and respond to and manage routine internal and external queries related to data privacy and the operationalization of regulatory obligations using the Securiti platform. 
• Enhance and continuously improve regulatory intelligence databases to ensure accuracy. 
• Collaborate with industry experts and cross-functional teams to co-author, edit, and review articles, whitepapers, and research reports. 

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent). 
• 2-3 years of work experience in a legal, compliance, or privacy-related role 
• Privacy or compliance certifications (e.g., CIPP) are highly preferred.

About the Role:
The role of an Associate Manager is to ensure the well-being and development of all employees to support the organization's goals. As a core leader, you will be responsible for motivating, encouraging, and supporting line management (pod leadership) in every aspect to enable the team to succeed. • Lead end-to-end ML development across BRKZ. Build and deploy production models, LLM agents, and data-driven workflows that improve accuracy and cut manual work across Finance, Credit, Procurement, and Operations.
