About The Position 

Clinical Architecture is seeking a Website Administrator and SEO Specialist to join our Marketing department in the Indianapolis, IN area. This role is responsible for the development and optimization of Clinical Architecture’s brand website and a custom client-facing website.  

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Marketing department and other departments to ensure both websites remain current, accurate, and effective. This role combines technical website management with hands-on SEO execution to improve site performance, increase organic traffic, and support marketing efforts.  

• This role will report to our VP, Marketing.
• This role is required to be on site at our Carmel, IN Headquarters. Clinical Architecture offers ample flexibility to accommodate a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities 

• Maintain, update, and build new pages to ensure performance, usability, and content accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve site issues across WordPress and connected tools.
• Execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, and backlink building.  
• Implement technical SEO best practices including metadata, site structure, and schema markup.  
• Monitor site performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate across the marketing team to optimize content, landing pages, and campaigns for search visibility.
• Create and support digital assets including blog graphics, social media images, basic page layouts, and other marketing visuals to enhance content engagement. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in website management, SEO, or digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. Basic familiarity with PHP is a plus. Comfortable navigating WordPress.
• Experience with GA4, Search Console, SEMrush (or similar SEO tools), and HubSpot.
• Understanding of on-page and technical SEO fundamentals, including metadata, schema markup, and backlink strategies.  
• Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) and an eye for clean, user-friendly layouts.  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

This position is part of the Xtern program through TechPoint. Xtern is professional development experience on top of your full-time internship with your company. Xtern provides three weekends where you will connect with other interns in tech and tech adjacent roles at companies in the Indianapolis area. Xtern weekends focus on professional development, civic engagement, and social opportunities to grow your network. You will have access to an online community, bonus fun events, and an opportunity to compete to explore Indianapolis through the Xtern Passport program.

Xtern also includes 10 weeks of free housing located at IU Indianapolis. Housing dates are from May 26th, 2026 to July 31st, 2026. You must relocate to Indianapolis for the duration of the summer to be eligible for this internship position and the Xtern program.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaboratively build new user-facing features using React and Javascript
• Participate in code reviews and pair programming with other software engineers
• Learn about cybersecurity and how it impacts software engineering
• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable APIs and custom UI components
