What will you do everyday?

You’ll create engaging product experiences on iOS/Android and services that delight and empower doctors with experiences that they could never imagine with their health IT systems.  You have an equal grasp of iOS and Android native development expertise in Swift/Objective-C/Kotlin/Java. You will work with the product, design and operations team to build the best product and support it. Qualifications*

• 5 to 8 years of work experience
• Proficiency using Android SDK 
• Kotlin experience is a must. Swift is a plus.
• Experience with Android frameworks such as Jetpack compose
• Must have experience with testing tools like JUnit etc.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries (e.g., Retrofit, OkHttp, etc.).
• Experience building and shipping apps to Google Play store

Why This Role Matters 

This role powers Tekion’s AI‑native, end‑to‑end automotive platform by turning unified dealership data across DMS, CRM, Digital Retail, Service, and Payments into real‑time intelligence. You’ll operationalize a graph‑based contextual ecosystem so agents can retrieve the right context, enforce policy, and personalize experiences that drive measurable dealer outcomes. You’ll also build the resilient control layer - MCP and the LLM Gateway - that enables safe, cost‑efficient, multi‑provider LLM usage. • Build and run the LLM control plane/gateway: smart routing, rate limits/quotas, failover, and token/cost tracking. 

• Ship a unified API and SDKs (REST/gRPC) with normalized schemas, structured outputs, caching, and full observability (traces/logs/metrics). 

• Enforce safety and privacy by default: content filtering, prompt/response validation, and PII redaction. 

• Enable multi‑model, multi‑vendor use LLMs with automated canarying and versioning. 

• Own the agent runtime: tool registry, permissions, function calling, grounding, and retrieval.

About the team

You'll join the AI Governance team within GitLab's Secure, Scale, and Compliance area. We focus on helping organizations gain visibility into and govern AI usage inside GitLab. Our work spans two broad problem spaces: visibility, such as audit events, usage tracking, and observability, and policy controls, such as controls that help protect projects and meet compliance requirements.

We are building this team alongside a parallel AI Governance team, with both groups contributing to different parts of a fast-changing roadmap. An overview of this role:

As a Staff Backend Engineer on the GitLab Knowledge Graph team, you'll help design, scale, and operate a high‑impact graph data service that underpins agents, analytics, and architecture‑level features across GitLab.com, Dedicated, and Self‑Managed deployments. You'll partner with a small, senior Rust‑first team to ship reliable graph capabilities and make them easy for other teams and agents to use.

The Knowledge Graph service is a distributed SDLC indexing system. It builds a property graph from GitLab SDLC (software development lifecycle) and code data using ClickHouse, NATS JetStream, and the Data Insights Platform. It also exposes secure graph queries and MCP tools for AI agents and product features. In this role, you’ll own core parts of the system end to end: shaping the architecture, hardening multi‑tenant behavior and performance, and making it straightforward for other teams and agents to consume graph capabilities.

• Lead the design and evolution of core Knowledge Graph services in a production Rust codebase, including the graph query engine, SDLC and code indexing pipelines, and API/MCP surfaces that other GitLab teams and AI agents rely on.

• Define and improve operational maturity for the service, including service level objectives (SLOs), observability, runbooks, incident response, capacity planning, and production readiness (PREP) for GitLab.com, Dedicated, and Self-Managed deployments.
• Collaborate asynchronously with product, data, infrastructure, security, and AI teams to sequence work, unblock platform‑level dependencies, and land features in a way that is safe for customers and sustainable for the team.
• Apply AI‑assisted development workflows responsibly (for example, using MCP‑aware tools, Knowledge Graph-backed agents, and internal Duo tooling) and help establish practical norms for how the team uses AI while maintaining strong engineering judgment.

Your Role

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our first product teams in Mumbai. You’ll be improving the operations of our internal team of sports analysts across Hudl Assist, Wyscout, InStat and Volleymetrics products. These products are used by thousands of teams around the world, from youth clubs to the pros. 

Example projects might include:

• Improving the tools used to deliver training to sports analysts
• Instrumenting our processes to facilitate continuous improvement for our operations team

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll

• Be responsible for a diverse team. You’ll support your Engineers as they develop, test and maintain technical solutions. You’ll be a working manager, expected to balance management responsibilities with code contributions to ensure the team meets its commitments and delivers business impact.

About the Role:

The opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Shopify Lead to drive the architecture, design, and execution of enterprise-grade e-commerce solutions on Shopify and Shopify Plus. This role involves technical leadership, solution design, and team mentorship while ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performing Shopify implementations aligned with business goals. 

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist and strategic thinker with deep expertise in Shopify and a proven track record of leading complex digital commerce projects end-to-end.
